The Nikkei Stock Average fell back on the 16th Tokyo stock market and ended at 24.73 yen (0.12%) cheaper than the previous day by 19,729. 28 yen. The profit-fixing sale was somewhat dominated by a reactionary which became significantly high on the previous day. On the other hand, there were scenes where it was easy for buyers to be pushed down by the lower price and turned to rise slightly.

JPX Nikkei index 400 fell slightly. The closing price was 6.03 points (0.04%) cheaper than the previous day and it was 14,357.87. The TSE stock index (TOPIX) also dropped slightly and ended at 0.216 points (0.01%) cheaper at 1616.00.

The trading value of the TSE 1 department is estimated at 1.8757 trillion yen on an approximate basis, which is the lowest level for almost a month and a half since June 26 (1,750.5 billion yen). From July 26th to August 15th, it exceeded the 2 trillion yen mark for 14 consecutive business days. Trading volume was 1,435.39 million shares. The number of brands in TSE 1 part slightly exceeded 1034 and 50%, the price drop was 874, unchanged 115.

Donkey HD announced that consolidated operating profit for the fiscal year ending June 2018 is expected to be 48 billion yen, a 4% increase from the previous term, was 2% lower than the previous day due to the selling of profits after the close of trading on 15th . Sumitomo, Mitsubishi and Yamato were able to withdraw at today's low. Nidec, FANUC and Ion expanded the range of decrease. The TSE 2 stock index climbed steadily and renewed the highest value every day. Toshiba and Asahi INTEC raised, Sharp and Bene one dropped.

The Nikkei Jasdaq stock average continued to be on the 16th stock market for start-up companies. The closing price was 16.69 yen (0.51%) higher than the previous day and was 3316.80 yen higher. The sense of caution surrounding the situation in North Korea has been relaxed and the purchase has continued with stocks that can expect good results such as game aeria.

The Jasdaq market trading value was estimated to be 70.5 billion yen on an approximate basis, and the sales volume was 101.46 million shares. Dadado, UT rose. On the other hand, McDonald's, Raquoria, Universal fell.

The TSE Mothers index continued to postpone. The closing price was 21.81 points (2.00%) higher than the previous day at 1088.97. The rate of increase was the size since June 26th.

16日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落し、前日に比べ24円03銭（0.12％）安い１万9729円28銭で終えた。前日に大幅高になった反動で利益確定売りがやや優勢だった。半面、下値では押し目とみた買いも入りやすく、小幅ながら上昇に転じる場面もあった。

日中の値幅は57円78銭と、７日（48円50銭）以来の小ささだった。４～６月期決算発表が一巡して売買の材料が乏しく相場が膠着した。北朝鮮を巡る地政学リスクが和らぎつつあるものの、積極的に買い進む投資家は限られた。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小反落した。終値は前日に比べ6.03ポイント（0.04％）安い１万4357.87だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も小幅に反落し、0.21ポイント（0.01％）安い1616.00で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆8757億円と、６月26日（１兆7505億円）以来ほぼ１カ月半ぶりの低水準だった。７月26日から８月15日までは14営業日連続で２兆円の大台を上回っていた。売買高は14億3539万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1034と５割をわずかに超え、値下がりは874、変わらずは115だった。

15日の取引終了後に2018年６月期の連結営業利益が前期比４％増の480億円になりそうだと発表したドンキＨＤは、利益確定の売りに押されて前日比２％安だった。住友商や三菱商、大和がきょうの安値で引けた。日電産、ファナックやイオンが下げ幅を広げた。半面、セコムやヤマトＨＤ、信越化が上げ幅を拡大。アステラスや第一三共が上昇した。

東証２部株価指数は続伸し、連日で最高値を更新した。東芝と朝日インテクが上げ、シャープとベネ・ワンが下げた。

16日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比16円69銭（0.51％）高い3316円80銭だった。北朝鮮情勢を巡る警戒感が和らぎ、ゲームのアエリアなど好業績を期待できる銘柄に引き続き買いが入った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で705億円、売買高は１億146万株だった。デジアド、ＵＴが上昇した。半面、マクドナルドやラクオリア、ユニバーサルが下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。終値は前日比21.31ポイント（2.00％）高い1088.97だった。上昇率は６月26日以来の大きさだった。
