The Nikkei Stock Average fell back on the Tokyo stock market on January 21 and ended at ¥ 20,997.75, down by 44.84 (0.22%) from the previous day. Investor psychology got worse due to the downward trend of the Dow Jones industrial average of 20 on the 20th and the yen appreciation on the foreign exchange market. ジャスダックが26年ぶり高値　マザーズが３日続伸、東証２部株価指数は上昇し、過去最高値を更新

21日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落し、前日比44円84銭（0.22％）安の２万0099円75銭で終えた。20日の米ダウ工業株30種平均が反落したことに加え、外国為替市場での円高基調で投資家心理が悪化。週末を控え取引終了にかけては利益確定売りが膨らんだ。

日経平均は取引終了にかけ日中の安値を更新し、14時54分に前日比62円安の２万0081円まで下げる場面があった。

一方、好業績銘柄を物色する動きは活発だった。20日の取引終了後に2018年２月期（変則決算）の連結純利益予想を上方修正した安川電の上昇率は一時、前日比15％を超え連日で上場来高値を更新した。ファナックも大幅に上昇し、２銘柄で日経平均を27円程度押し上げ、指数を下支えした。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反落した。終値は前日比31.98ポイント（0.22％）安の１万4489.08だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反落し、3.02ポイント（0.18％）安の1629.99で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆9967億円と４営業日ぶりに節目の２兆円を下回った。売買高は15億3402万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は964、値上がりは924、変わらずは137銘柄だった。

新日鉄住金やＪＦＥなど鉄鋼株の下落が目立った。住友鉱や国際石開帝石なども下落し、ユニチャームと塩野義も安かった。一方、東芝と三菱電は上昇した。ＳＭＣや信越化、旭化成は年初来高値を更新した。

東証２部株価指数は上昇し、過去最高値を更新した。フマキラやペッパーが上げ、シャープとマーキュリアが下げた。

21日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前日比15円12銭（0.46％）高い3326円85銭だった。1991年６月14日以来ほぼ26年１カ月ぶりの高値となった。四半期決算発表の本格化を控えて好業績が期待できる銘柄に買いが入った。ゲームや自動運転に関連した銘柄も上げた。時価総額の大きいマクドナルドやハーモニックの上昇も目立った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で587億円、売買高は１億1383万株だった。アエリアとブロッコリーが上げた。20日に新規上場したクロスフォーは制限値幅の上限（ストップ高水準）まで上昇した。半面、日本一ソフトとインフォコムは下げた。

東証マザーズ指数も３日続伸した。終値は前日比9.98ポイント（0.85％）高い1189.78だった。アンジェスとソウルド、ミクシィが上げた。一方、サイステップとイグニスは下落した。
