23日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続落した。前日比８円41銭（0.04％）安の１万9371円46銭で取引を終えた。外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝113円近くまで強含み、ホンダやマツダなど輸出企業が売られた。昨年来高値に近い水準で推移してきた三菱ＵＦＪ、野村、第一生命などの金融株も軟調だった。

売買代金は２兆43億円と、かろうじて節目の２兆円を上回った。ＴＯＰＩＸコア30など主力株指数の値動きが鈍い半面、中小型指数が上昇した。

２月末配当などの権利取りを狙った買いが入り、午後は下げ渋る場面が目立った。前日終値を下回って午前の取引を終えたため、日銀の上場投資信託（ＥＴＦ）買い入れへの思惑も広がった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日営業日ぶりに反落し、終値は前日比9.46ポイント（0.07％）安の１万3952.96だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は４営業日ぶりに反落し、0.84ポイント（0.05％）安の1556.25で終えた。

東証１部の売買高は19億6106万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は848だった半面、値上がり銘柄数は1013と全体の半数を占めた。変わらずは140銘柄だった。

前日に大幅高となった東芝は反落した。ソフトバンク、ホンダ、日東電が安かった。ＮＴＴドコモは後場下げ渋った。半面、アステラス、第一三共などの医薬品株は堅調で午後に強含んだ。資生堂が午後に一段高となった。

東証２部株価指数は反発した。マーチャント、ＤＡＣＨＤが高い半面、シャープ、フライトＨＤが安い。

23日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は10日続伸した。10日続伸は2016年８月29日から９月９日までの10日続伸以来、約５カ月ぶりの長期連騰記録。終値は前日比11円20銭（0.38％）高い2977円49銭で、連日で昨年来高値を更新した。円高基調などを背景に東証１部の主力銘柄が総じて軟調に推移し、値動きが軽く内需関連が多い新興株に資金が向かいやすかった。材料の出た中小型株や直近新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）銘柄の物色が活発だった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で589億円、売買高は１億2255万株だった。安江工務店やインタライフ、トレイダーズが上昇した。半面、ＤＷＴＩやアエリア、セグエＧは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。終値は前日比13.17ポイント（1.27％）高い1046.96だった。ＪＭＣが売買を伴って大幅に続伸。サイバダイン、メタップスが上昇した。アスカネットやＷＡＳＨハウ、アカツキが下落した。
