On the 4th Tokyo stock market Nikkei Stock Average fell for the third day and ended at 68,50 yen (0.31%) lower than the previous day by 21,177 yen 04 yen. It will be the lowest since nearly three months since 12th April. U.S. stock market fell on Thursday led by high-tech stocks, and even in the Tokyo market, there was selling mainly in semiconductors such as Tokyo Electron, Advantest and SUMCO. ４日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日続落し、前日比68円50銭（0.31％）安の２万1717円04銭で終えた。４月12日以来ほぼ３カ月ぶりの安値となる。３日の米株式相場がハイテク株主導で下落し、東京市場でも東京エレクトロンやアドバンテスト、ＳＵＭＣＯなど半導体関連を中心に売りが出た。６日に米国と中国が互いの製品に追加関税を発動する見通しで、中国経済の減速懸念から安川電機やファナックなど「中国関連銘柄」も下落した。
３日の米市場では特許問題に絡んで一部製品の中国での販売を禁止されたと伝わった半導体のマイクロン・テクノロジー株が大幅下落した。中国での販売差し止めがほかの米メーカーにも広がれば、半導体製造装置や部材を納入している日本企業の業績にも影響が出るとの警戒感から半導体関連株に売りが出た。日経平均の下げ幅は午前に180円を超えた。
日経平均は午後に前日終値近くまで下げ渋った。日銀による上場投資信託（ＥＴＦ）買いの観測が浮上したほか、資生堂や花王など業績に安定感のあるディフェンシブ銘柄への買い戻しも相場を支えた。午前に下げた中国・上海株式相場が午後は比較的落ち着いた動きとなり、日本株先物に買いを誘った面もある。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小幅に反発した。終値は前日比14.93ポイント（0.1％）高の１万4996.21だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も小幅に反発し、0.45ポイント（0.03％）高の1693.25で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆1275億円。米市場の休場を控え、海外勢を中心に商いは低調だった。売買高は13億1123万株。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1066、値上がりは956、変わらずは74銘柄。
ＳＭＣや村田製作所、キーエンスの下げが目立った。衣料品店「ユニクロ」の６月の国内既存店売上高が前年同月から減少したファーストリテイリングが売られた。一方、ＫＤＤＩとＮＴＴが上昇。三菱商事と丸紅も高い。原油高を背景にＪＸＴＧは年初来高値を更新した。
４日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続落した。終値は前日比37円（0.98％）安い3756円89銭と、きょうの安値で引けた。連日で年初来安値を更新した。米中貿易摩擦を巡る外部環境の不透明感を背景に、主力株に比べて価格変動リスクが高い新興株には売りが優勢となった。相場下落で個人投資家の投資余力が低下しているとみられ、売買は低調に推移した。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で490億円、売買高は8256万株だった。免疫生物研究所やハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズ、ＳＡＭＵＲＡＩ＆Ｊ ＰＡＲＴＮＥＲＳが下落した。半面、レカムや放電精密加工研究所、セリアは上昇した。
東証マザーズ指数も３日続落し、終値は前日比9.20ポイント（0.88％）安の1035.09と連日で年初来安値を付けた。ＡＬＢＥＲＴやそーせいグループ、ＵＮＩＴＥＤが下げた。一方、ユーザベースやシェアリングテクノロジー、グレイステクノロジーは上げた。直近に新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）し、指数の算出対象となっていないＺＵＵなどが資金を集めたことも指数の上値を重くした。
