新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価と東証マザーズ指数は４日続落
28日は英米市場が休場のため運用リスクがとりづらく、買いを手控える雰囲気が取引終了にかけて強まった。
28日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は小幅に続伸し、前週末比30円30銭（0.13％）高の２万2481円09銭で終えた。いったん中止が決まった米朝首脳会談の開催に向けて再調整が始まり、両国の関係が悪化するとの懸念がやや後退。主力の値がさ株や電機、機械など輸出関連株の一角が堅調だった。原油安が原燃料費の減少につながるとの見方から空運や化学株も買われた。
ただ英米市場が休場で海外投資家の参加が少なく、売買は低調。日経平均は下げに転じる場面もあった。石油、鉱業株が大幅安となったほか、最近まで堅調だった医薬品株が売られ、相場の上値を抑えた。円の対ドル相場が下げ渋ったのも株価の伸び悩みの要因となった。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆8136億円と４月２日以来の低水準だった。売買高は10億6400万株。
東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は６日続落し、1.28ポイント（0.07％）安の1770.42で終えた。2016年９月上中旬に７日続落して以来の連続下落記録となった。ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は６営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前週末比3.26ポイント（0.02％）高の１万5662.22だった。
東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は870、値下がりは1107、変わらずは106だった。
ファーストリテイリングやファナックなどの値がさ株が高かった。ＡＮＡホールディングスや日東電工、三菱地所も上昇した。一方、国際石油開発帝石が年初来安値を付けたほか、ＪＸＴＧが下落。楽天と任天堂は年初来安値となった。
28日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅ながら４日続落し、前週末比２円53銭（0.06％）安の3960円34銭で終えた。28日は英米市場が休場のため運用リスクがとりづらく、買いを手控える雰囲気が取引終了にかけて強まった。午前を中心に小高い場面もあったが、利益確定売りが優勢となった。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で607億円、売買高は１億4246万株だった。エン・ジャパンやハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズ、岡藤ホールディングスが下落した。半面、ＵＴグループやＳＡＭＵＲＡＩ＆Ｊ ＰＡＲＴＮＥＲＳ、オンキヨーは上昇した。
東証マザーズ指数も４日続落し、1.02ポイント（0.09％）安い1157.71で終えた。ＪＩＡやそーせいグループ、ＤＭＰが下落した。一方、クラウドワークスやメタップス、ＡＬＢＥＲＴは上昇した。
