The Nikkei Stock Average went on for three days on the Tokyo stock market on January 21. The TSE Mothers index continued to rise for 3 days and the closing price was 1170.62, 16.21 points (1.40%) higher than last weekend. Cloud Works, ALBERT, AMI raised. On the other hand, we lowered DMP, Metapusu, Sogei group.

21日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日続伸した。前週末比72円01銭（0.31％）高の２万3002円37銭で終え、２月２日以来およそ３カ月半ぶりの高値を付けた。米中の貿易摩擦問題への懸念が後退したほか、円相場が約４カ月ぶりの円安・ドル高水準を付けたのが好感されて機械など輸出株が買われた。アジアの株高で投資家心理が強気に傾いたことも株価指数先物への買いを促し、相場全体を押し上げた。
米中両国は17～18日の貿易協議で米国の貿易赤字縮小に向け、中国が対米輸入を拡大することで合意した。ムニューシン米財務長官は具体策の協議中は追加関税の発動を見送る方針を示し、当面は米中の通商問題が世界経済に悪影響を与えないとの見方が広がった。東京市場では日立建機などの機械株に買いが先行した。
日経平均は前場中ごろから上げ幅を広げた。米株価指数先物が時間外で堅調に推移したほか、21日は香港や上海といったアジア株が総じて上昇した。外国為替市場では円が１ドル＝111円台まで円安方向に振れ、東京市場では株価指数先物に海外勢を中心にした買いが入り現物株指数を押し上げた。
日経平均は節目の２万3000円を回復したものの、売買は低調だった。東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆1284億円と、４月17日以来およそ１カ月ぶりの低水準にとどまった。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小幅ながら３営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前週末比12.34ポイント（0.08％）安の１万6014.89だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３営業日ぶりに反落し、1.50ポイント（0.08％）安の1813.75で終えた。
東証１部の売買高は12億9359万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1068と、全体の５割を上回った。値下がりは933、変わらずは82銘柄だった。
ファーストリテイリングやファナックといった主力株が上昇した。新たな中期経営計画が前向きに評価されたＴＤＫが上げた。前期決算が過去最高益となった富士フイルムホールディングスも買われた。一方、前週末の米ハイテク株安が嫌気され、東京エレクトロンやアドバンテストといった半導体関連株が下げた。米長期金利の上昇が一服し、ＳＯＭＰＯホールディングスや三菱ＵＦＪフィナンシャル・グループといった金融株の下げが目立った。
21日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前週末比33円98銭（0.86％）高い3989円12銭となった。円安・ドル高の進行を背景に東証１部上場の主力株で構成する日経平均株価が堅調に推移したことを受け、新興市場でも幅広い銘柄に物色が広がった。日経平均が節目の２万3000円を超えて上値の重さが意識されると、新興株には相対的な値動きの軽さに着目した買いも入った。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で585億円、売買高は9789万株だった。
フォーサイドやハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズ、ＳＡＭＵＲＡＩ＆Ｊ ＰＡＲＴＮＥＲＳが上昇した。半面、エン・ジャパンやニューフレアテクノロジー、イメージワンは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数も３日続伸し、終値は前週末比16.21ポイント（1.40％）高の1170.62だった。クラウドワークスやＡＬＢＥＲＴ、ＡＭＩが上げた。半面、ＤＭＰやメタップス、そーせいグループは下げた。
