On the 5th Tokyo stock market the Nikkei Stock Average has postponed. The closing price was 325.68 yen 42 yen, 325.87 yen (1.53%) higher than the previous day. U.S. stock quotes rose on Wednesday due to the recession of concern over the trade friction between the United States and China, and buybacks swelled mainly by overseas investors. Real estate stocks such as Mitsui Fudosan and Sumitomo Real Estate rose conspicuously. Nissan Chemical Industries markedly increased. ５日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比325円87銭（1.53％）高の２万1645円42銭だった。米中の貿易摩擦を巡る警戒感の後退で４日の米株式相場が上昇し、海外投資家を中心に買い戻しが膨らんだ。外国為替市場で円相場が一時１ドル＝107円近辺に下落したのも支援材料となり、上げ幅は400円を超える場面があった。

日経平均は取引時間中として約３週間ぶりに２万1700円を一時上回った。

日本時間５日のシカゴ市場の時間外取引で米株価指数先物が上昇し、米株式相場の下値不安が後退するなか、銀行株など大型株にも買いが入った。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸した。終値は前日比183.23ポイント（1.21％）高の１万5268.80だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も続伸し、18.48ポイント（1.08％）高の1724.61で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆6536億円。売買高は15億4778万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1327と、全体の約64％を占めた。値下がりは677、変わらずは77銘柄だった。

三井不動産や住友不動産など不動産株の上昇が目立った。日産化学工業が大幅に上昇した。一方、住友金属鉱山や古河電気工業など非鉄金属株が下落した。筆頭株主の株式売却を発表したマクロミルの下げが大きかった。

５日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比13円09銭（0.33％）高い3996円92銭だった。日経平均株価が大幅に上昇し、投資家のリスク許容度が拡大。新興市場でも運用リスクを取る買いが広がった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で727億円、売買高は9008万株だった。３月の既存店売上高が大幅に伸びたマクドナルドが買われた。プリメックスやカーディナルが上昇した。半面、日本ラッドやハーモニック、セルシードは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比8.71ポイント（0.74％）高い1190.88だった。新聞やテレビのコンテンツとして紹介されたフリーランスの経済規模拡大で業績成長期待が高まったクラウドワークスが上昇した。
