13日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４日続伸した。終値は前日比144円07銭（0.66％）高の２万1968円10銭で、同日の高値で終えた。午後に入り外国為替市場で円相場が対ドルで下落し、企業業績の重荷となる円高への懸念が後退した。自動車など輸出関連株に見直し買いが入った。株価指数先物の上昇に伴い、東京エレクトロンや安川電機など値がさ株に裁定取引の買いが入った。

12日の米国株式市場でハイテク株比率の高いナスダック総合株価指数が最高値を更新し、東京株式市場でも半導体製造装置の東京エレクトロンやＳＣＲＥＥＮホールディングスなどに買いが入った。朝方は前日の米ダウ工業株30種平均の下げを嫌気した売りが優勢となったが、午後の円安を受けて徐々に盛り返した。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日続伸した。終値は前日比82.85ポイント（0.54％）高の１万5488.55だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４日続伸し、9.73ポイント（0.56％）高の1751.03で終えた。

売買を手控える投資家は多く、東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆3364億円と低調だった。２月の米消費者物価指数（ＣＰＩ）の発表を13日に控え、内容を見極めたいと考える投資家の様子見姿勢が強まった。

東証１部の売買高は12億2152万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1579と、全体の約76％を占めた。値下がりは419、変わらずは71銘柄だった。

関西電力や中部電力が上昇し、小野薬品工業や大塚ホールディングスも上げた。ニトリホールディングスは上場来高値を更新した。半面、ＪＸＴＧや住友金属鉱山は下落した。住友商事や三井物産など商社株も安かった。

13日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は４日続伸した。終値は前日比33円91銭（0.83％）高の4108円03銭だった。値動きの軽い新興企業株に個人投資家の買いが入った。午後に為替が円安に転じ日本株全体の投資家心理が強気に傾くと、ジャスダック平均株価も上げ幅を拡大した。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で996億円、売買高は１億5677万株だった。ハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズやエン・ジャパン、日本マクドナルドホールディングスなど主力株が上昇した。半面、証券会社が目標株価を引き下げたニューフレアテクノロジーが大幅に下げた。フェローテックホールディングスやアバールデータも下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は反発した。終値は前日比30.23ポイント（2.50％）高の1239.53だった。値動きの軽さに着目した個人の買いで創薬ベンチャーのそーせいグループが大幅高となり、指数を押し上げた。ソレイジア・ファーマなど他のバイオ関連銘柄も上げた。一方、フィル・カンパニーやベイカレント・コンサルティング、ジャパンエレベーターサービスホールディングスが下落した。
