28日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比321円62銭（1.44％）安の２万2068円24銭。パウエル米連邦準備理事会（ＦＲＢ）議長の議会証言を受けて27日の米国株が売られた流れを引き継ぎ、東京市場でも値がさの主力株が売られた。中国の経済指標が市場予想を下回りアジアの主要株価指数が下げたことも嫌気され、建設機械や素材など世界の景気変動の影響を受けやすい銘柄に下げが目立った。

日経平均は２月の月間でみると1030円05銭（4.5％）安となり、下げ幅、下落率ともに英国が欧州連合（ＥＵ）離脱を決めて相場が急落した2016年６月以来１年８カ月ぶりの大きさだった。

大引けにまとまった売りが出て、日経平均はきょうの安値で引けた。

午前中に日銀による国債買い入れオペ（公開市場操作）の減額通知を受け、外国為替市場で円の対ドル相場が下げ渋った。円は大引けにかけても対ドルで買われる場面があり、ホンダなどの輸出関連株が徐々に水準を切り下げた。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日ぶりに反落し、前日比211.54ポイント（1.34％）安の１万5613.45だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は22.10ポイント（1.23％）安の1768.24だった。

半面、小型株を中心に個人投資家の押し目買いが入った。東証規模別株価指数では「小型」の下落率が小さかった。東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆9369億円、売買高は15億4229万株。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1326、値上がりは679、変わらずは62だった。

ファーストリテイリングが安値引けとなり、ファナックも下げた。新日鉄住金や日立建機が売られた。大株主の保有株売却が伝わったヤフーは大幅安。三菱ＵＦＪフィナンシャル・グループも軟調。半面、テルモが買われ、「楽天コイン構想」が伝わった楽天は上昇した。受注拡大を期待した買いでブイ・テクノロジーが大幅高だった。

28日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は10日続伸した。終値は前日比24円27銭（0.59％）高の4149円68銭だった。10日続伸は2017年３月10日までの21日続伸以来の長さだった。個人投資家などから値動きの軽さに注目した買いが入った。今期予想を上方修正したヴィスコ・テクノロジーズや、英国で消化器向け新薬の第１相臨床試験が終了したと発表したラクオリア創薬に買いが集まった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で1090億円、売買高は１億1920万株だった。ＩＧポートや明豊エンタープライズ、Ｃｉメディカも高い。半面、ハーモニックやセリアは下げた。

東証マザーズ指数は反発した。終値は前日比9.10ポイント（0.74％）高の1239.13だった。ＰＫＳＨＡ　Ｔｅｃｈｎｏｌｏｇｙやビリングシステム、フィル・カンパニーが上げた。一方、23日に新規上場したＭマートは下げた。メディアシークやメタップスも下落した。
