The Nikkei Stock Average fell on the 18th Tokyo stock market. The closing price was 104.77 yen (0.44%) lower than the previous day and was 23,763.37 yen. On the 17th, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has surpassed 26,000 dollars for the first time in the US stock market, and buying in the Tokyo market also took precedence. It temporarily rose to 24,000 yen for the first time in about two years for about 26 years. However, the sense of inexpensiveness in terms of investment indicators strengthened, so it was pushed by the selling seen by domestic institutional investors after the end of the purchase.

On the 17th, the expected PER (stock price-earning ratio) of the first section of the TSE had risen to the mid-17 level.

The JPX Nikkei index 400 was down, down 121.38 points (0.72%) from the previous day to 16,838.78. TSE stock index (TOPIX) also closed down, dropping by 13.96 points (0.74%) to 1876.86.



Trading price of TSE 1 department is estimated at 3,590.1 billion yen on an approximate basis. Trading volume was 1,820,070,000 shares. The number of stocks in the TSE 1 department was 1625, the price rise was 371, 68 marks were unchanged.

Sumitomo Real Estate and Mitsubishi Estate fell, wary of rising long-term interest rates. Astellas Pharma and Eisai are cheap. Tokio Marine Holdings and Dai-ichi Life Holdings were sold. We also lowered Ricoh and Toso. On the other hand, semiconductor related items such as Tokyo Electron and SCREEN Holdings were bought. I also raised Shin-Etsu Chemical Industry. Nintendo which announced the launch of the new product "Nintendo Lab" is quite high. Mitsubishi Electric and Yaskawa Electric rose as expectations that investment for labor saving continued will continue.

The TSE 2 stock index closed down. Asahi Intec and D. A. Consortium Holdings lowered. Meanwhile, I got a remix point and diamond electric machines.

The Nikkei JASDAQ average stock price fell on the 18th stock market for start-up companies. The closing price was 20.07 yen (0.48%) cheaper than the previous day at 4129.81 yen. Finished trading at today's low price. In the afternoon trading, the Nikkei Stock Average began to decline and investor psychology froze. With the Jasdaq average staying at the highest level, the cautionary feeling strengthened, and the profit-fixing sellers were one after another.

The Jasdaq market trading value was roughly 127.1 billion yen, trading volume was 191.22 million shares. Precision gear reducer manufacturer Harmonic Drive Systems which updated highs last year on the previous day became less expensive in the afternoon. Odawara Engineering, an automatic winding machine used for motors, and Toya Medical, which has mail order sales for medical staff, also fell. Meanwhile, Visco of image inspection equipment, Ray of digital image production rose.

The TSE Mothers index dropped for three days. The closing price was 0.59 points (0.04%) cheaper than the previous day at 1291.28. PKSHA Technology of Artificial Intelligence (AI) development and Phil C of commercial building construction fell. On the other hand, I raised the nanocarrier of the drug discovery venture and HANATOUR JAPAN of the travel agency.

ジャスダックが安値引け、マザーズ続落。

18日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続落した。終値は前日比104円97銭（0.44％）安の２万3763円37銭だった。17日の米株市場でダウ工業株30種平均が初めて２万6000ドルを突破し、東京市場でも買いが先行した。一時は約26年２カ月ぶりに２万4000円台に上げた。ただ投資指標面での割高感が強まったことから、買い一巡後は国内機関投資家からとみられる売りに押された。

17日に東証１部の予想ＰＥＲ（株価収益率）は17倍台半ばまで上昇していた。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続落し、前日比121.38ポイント（0.72％）安の１万6638.78だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も続落し、13.96ポイント（0.74％）安の1876.86だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で３兆5901億円。売買高は18億2075万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1625、値上がりは371、変わらずは68銘柄だった。

長期金利の上昇を警戒し、住友不動産や三菱地所が下落した。アステラス製薬やエーザイは安い。東京海上ホールディングスや第一生命ホールディングスは売られた。リコーや東ソーも下げた。半面、東京エレクトロンやＳＣＲＥＥＮホールディングスなどの半導体関連が買われた。信越化学工業も上げた。新製品の「ニンテンドーラボ」の発売を発表した任天堂は大幅高。省力化投資が続くとの期待から、三菱電機や安川電機は上昇した。

東証２部株価指数は続落した。朝日インテックやＤ．Ａ．コンソーシアムホールディングスが下げた。一方、リミックスポイントやダイヤモンド電機が上げた。

18日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は続落した。終値は前日比20円07銭（0.48％）安い4129円81銭だった。きょうの安値で取引を終えた。午後の取引で日経平均株価が下落に転じ、投資家心理が冷え込んだ。ジャスダック平均が最高値圏で推移しているなかで警戒感が強まり、利益確定売りが相次いだ。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で1271億円、売買高は１億9142万株だった。前日に昨年来高値を更新した精密減速機メーカーのハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズが午後に一段安となった。モーターに用いる自動巻線機の小田原エンジニアリング、医療関係者向けに通販を展開する歯愛メディカルも下落した。一方、画像検査装置のヴィスコ、デジタル映像制作のレイは上昇した。

東証マザーズ指数は３日続落した。終値は前日比0.56ポイント（0.04％）安い1291.28だった。人工知能（ＡＩ）開発のＰＫＳＨＡ　Ｔｅｃｈｎｏｌｏｇｙや商業ビル建設のフィルＣが下落した。半面、創薬ベンチャーのナノキャリアや旅行会社のＨＡＮＡＴＯＵＲ　ＪＡＰＡＮは上げた。
