28日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落し、前日比127円23銭（0.56％）安い２万2783円98銭で終えた。午後に入り、円相場が上昇したことをきっかけに株価指数先物に売りが出た。年末年始の連休を前に利益確定売りも誘った。東証１部の売買高は９億9736万株と、27日に続いて10億株の大台を割り込み、今年２番目の少なさだった。

14時以降に日経平均は下げ幅を急速に広げ、一時は前日比174円安の２万2736円まで下落した。

朝方は前日の米株高を好感した買いが先行した。経済産業省が取引開始前に発表した11月の鉱工業生産指数速報で、基調判断を引き上げたことも買い安心感につながった。午前の終値は34円高と25日に付けた年初来高値を上回ったが続かなかった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反落。終値は前日比92.66ポイント（0.57％）安の１万6096.76だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反落し、10.76ポイント（0.59％）安い1819.03で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆7305億円と、４営業日連続で２兆円の大台を割り込んだ。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1353と、全体の66％近くを占めた。値上がりは606、変わらずは103だった。

三菱ＵＦＪフィナンシャル・グループやりそなホールディングスが下げた。野村ホールディングスや大和証券グループ本社、第一生命ホールディングスも安い。任天堂やキヤノン、ダイキン工業も売られた。一方、住友金属鉱山や三井物産が上昇した。ソフトバンクグループや信越化学工業が買われた。ＳＧホールディングスやニトリホールディングスが高い。

東証２部株価指数は小幅に続伸した。東芝と三谷商事が上げ、朝日インテックとベネフィット・ワンが下げた。

28日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅ながら３日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比２円93銭（0.07％）安い3932円57銭だった。12月に上場来高値を付けた日本マクドナルドなどに個人投資家の利益確定売りが出た。ヴィスコやトレードワークスなど直近の新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）銘柄の下げも目立った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で1219億円、売買高は8997万株だった。スマートフォンゲームのアエリア、ネット求人のエン・ジャパンが下げた。一方で創薬ベンチャーのラクオリア創薬、半導体製造装置部品のフェローテックホールディングスは上昇した。

東証マザーズ指数は反落した。終値は前日比15.93ポイント（1.29％）安い1218.09だった。チケット売買サイトの終了で損失を計上したミクシィは大幅に下落した。時価総額の大きいそーせいグループやＣＹＢＥＲＤＹＮＥなどの下げが目立った。一方、ロコンドやＡＣＣＥＳＳは上昇した。
