13日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続落し、前日比108円10銭（0.47％）安の２万2758円07銭で終えた。前日の米ハイテク株安を受け、半導体関連株に売りが出た。米アラバマ州上院補選で与党・共和党候補が敗北し、米税制改革などの先行きに不透明感が強まったことも売りを誘った。日経平均は170円近く下げ、２万2700円の節目を下回る場面があった。
午後に米メディアがアラバマ州連邦上院補欠選挙で野党・民主党候補のダグ・ジョーンズ氏が勝利を確実にしたと伝えた。米議会の法案審議などに対する影響を警戒し、日本株にも運用リスクを避けるための売りが増えた。
世界的な半導体需要への懸念から12日の米フィラデルフィア半導体株指数（ＳＯＸ）が反落。13日の東京市場では東京エレクトロンや信越化学工業などが売られた。東京エレクトロンや信越化学工業の２銘柄で日経平均を38円押し下げた。一方、米長期金利の先高観を背景に米金融株が上昇したため、三菱ＵＦＪや三井住友ＦＧといった銀行株に買いが波及し、相場全体を下支えした。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は５営業日ぶりに反落し、44.19ポイント（0.27％）安の１万6041.81だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も５営業日ぶりに反落し、4.24ポイント（0.23％）安の1810.84で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆8772億円。売買高は19億54万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1167、値上がりは790、変わらずは91銘柄だった。
関西電力や四国電力が安かった。日本電産と三菱電機も下落した。一方、小野薬品工業や第一三共、エーザイは買いが優勢だった。ガンホーが高かった。
東証１部に新規上場した佐川急便を傘下に持つＳＧホールディングスは1900円の初値を付け、売り出し価格の1620円を17％上回った。終値は初値比６円（0.3％）高の1906円だった。縫製加工のマツオカも13日に新規上場し、初値は3800円と公募・売り出し価格の2600円を46％上回った。終値は初値比8.6％安の3470円だった。
東証２部株価指数は５営業日続伸した。東芝やグッドコムアセットが上げ、オーミケンシが下げた。
13日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は５営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比７円54銭（0.20％）安の3858円09銭だった。東京市場で13日にＳＧホールディングスを含む４銘柄が新規上場し、今後も新規上場が続くため、すでに上場している銘柄から新規銘柄に資金を移すための換金売りも出た。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で710億円、売買高は１億5410万株だった。不二精機やレイが下げた。11月29日に上場したトレードワークスも下げた。半面、ガーラやアルファクス・フード・システムが上げた。株主優待制度の導入を発表したハイパーも上昇した。
東証マザーズ指数は５日続伸した。終値は前日比6.03ポイント（0.51％）高い1187.65だった。時価総額の大きいそーせいグループやミクシィが上げ、指数を押し上げた。ロコンドも高い。一方、中村超硬やドリコムは下げた。
