The Nikkei 225 stock price rebounded on the Tokyo stock market on the 25th. It ended with 101,313 yen (0.50%) higher than last weekend at 20,376.58 yen, and it rose for the first time in about two years and one month since August 18, 2015 (20,554 yen 47 sen). It is the first time in 2 business days since 21st to update the high price since the beginning of the year. Following the results of the German Congress (House) election on 24th, the yen fell on the foreign exchange market against the euro and the dollar. Purchasing was planned for export related main stocks with anticipated improvement in profitability. A report that Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will formulate 2 trillion yen economic measures within the year has been reported, and policy expectations have also increased, boosting the Japanese stock market.
Many voices say that in the stock market buying by short-term investors such as overseas hedge funds has been driving the rise. The Nikkei average had a scene close to 160 yen rise right after the close. However, it has raised the level more than 1100 yen from the latest low price attached on the 8th, and the weight of the upper price became conspicuous after pushing through the purchase as a result of profit fixed selling.
JPX Nikkei index 400 repulsed. The closing price was 67.06 points (0.46%) higher than last weekend at 10 4797.55. The TSE stock index (TOPIX) also rebounded and ended at 1672.82, 8.21 points (0.49%) high.
The trading value of TSE 1 department is estimated at 2,145.2 billion yen on an approximate basis. Trading volume was 1,529.92 million shares. The number of brands in the first section of the TSE accounted for 1499, accounting for 73.9% of the total. The price drop was 413, unchanged 116 stocks.
Aeon, which was informed that the operating profit for the period from March to August 2017 renewed for the first time in 11 years, rose, Shiseido and NTT were also great. Keyence, Astellas, Daikin rose, Bridgestone, East Elek and Kirin HD updated their highs at the beginning of the year. Meanwhile, Murata and East Gas are cheap. The Nikkei JASDAQ average stock price rebounded on the 25th stock market for start-up companies. The closing price was 31. 98 yen (0.91%) higher than last weekend and was 3543.13 yen higher. The TSE Mothers index rebounded. The closing price was 8.55 points (0.81%) higher than last weekend 1065.50. The rise of the most recently listed stocks such as Parkshire and UUUM was conspicuous. Metapus, ASJ, DMP were also bought. Meanwhile, Silicon Star and Soho, Nakamura Takaharu fell.

25日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反発した。前週末比101円13銭（0.50％）高の２万0397円58銭で終え、2015年８月18日（２万0554円47銭）以来およそ２年１カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。年初来高値を更新するのは21日以来２営業日ぶり。24日投開票のドイツ連邦議会（下院）選挙の結果を受け、外国為替市場で円相場が対ユーロやドルで下落。輸出関連の主力株に採算改善を見込んだ買いが入った。安倍晋三首相が年内に２兆円規模の経済対策を策定するとの報道が伝わり、政策期待が高まったことも日本株相場を押し上げた。
株式市場では海外ヘッジファンドなど短期志向の投資家の買いが上昇をけん引したとの声が多い。日経平均は寄り付き直後に上げ幅が160円に迫る場面があった。ただ、８日に付けた直近安値から1100円以上水準を切り上げており、買い一巡後は利益確定売りに押されて上値の重さが目立った。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反発した。終値は前週末比67.06ポイント（0.46％）高の１万4797.55だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反発し、8.21ポイント（0.49％）高の1672.82で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆1452億円。売買高は15億2992万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1499と、全体の73.9％を占めた。値下がりは413、変わらずは116銘柄だった。
2017年３～８月期の営業利益が11年ぶりに過去最高を更新すると伝わったイオンが上昇し、資生堂やＮＴＴの上げも大きかった。キーエンスやアステラス、ダイキンが上昇し、ブリヂストンや東エレク、キリンＨＤは年初来高値を更新した。一方、村田製や東ガスが安い。ＳＯＭＰＯやＴ＆Ｄ、三菱ＵＦＪなど金融株の下げが大きかった。コマツやパナソニックが下落し、セブン＆アイや日電産も売られた。
東証２部株価指数は４営業日ぶりに反発した。リミックスと朝日インテクが上げ、東芝とシャープは下げた。
25日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反発した。終値は前週末比31円98銭（0.91％）高い3543円13銭だった。1990年８月17日以来およそ27年１カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。年内にも２兆円規模の新たな経済政策が策定されると伝わり、政策期待から投資家心理が強気に傾いた。
教育無償化関連の政策恩恵があるとみられた幼児活動研が買われた。量子コンピューターの新手法が伝わり、関連銘柄としてＮＦ回路やユビキタスが上昇。ユニバーサルも高かった。半面、昭和真空やアイネスト、細谷火工が売られた。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で776億円、売買高は１億4670万株だった。
東証マザーズ指数は反発した。終値は前週末比8.55ポイント（0.81％）高い1065.50だった。パークシャやＵＵＵＭなど直近上場銘柄の上昇が目立った。メタップスやＡＳＪ、ＤＭＰも買われた。一方、シリコンスタやそーせい、中村超硬が下落した。
