２日の米国市場でハイテク株が多いナスダック総合株価指数が下落し、国内でも先高観が後退した半導体製造装置の東エレクなどに売りが出た。ＩＴ（情報技術）関連銘柄として買われてきたファナックやソフトバンクも下落し、３銘柄で30円ほど日経平均を下押しした。

外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝110円台後半で強含んだのも、円高を警戒した売りを誘った。４日に４～６月期の決算発表を控えるトヨタには業績を見極めたい投資家による持ち高調整の売りが出た。ホンダやいすゞなども売られた。

13時30分ごろに閣僚名簿が公表された安倍晋三改造内閣は事前の報道通り政権運営の安定が重視される手堅い布陣となった。経済効果が期待できるような手掛かりには乏しく、株式市場への影響は限られた。

東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は３日ぶりに反落し、0.56ポイント（0.03％）安の1633.82で終えた。一方、ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小幅に続伸した。終値は前日比1.17ポイント（0.01％）高の１万4541.17だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆2439億円。売買高は16億8063万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は896と全体の44％を占めた。値上がりは986銘柄、変わらずは139銘柄だった。

2017年４～６月期の決算を午後に発表したＳＵＢＡＲＵが下げた。三井住友ＦＧや三菱ＵＦＪ、コンコルディアなど銀行株の一角が下落した。任天堂や丸紅、キーエンスも下げた。半面、ＡＮＡＨＤや三菱商が上昇し、大東建と関西電の上げも目立った。17年４～６月期の増益を発表した住友商は年初来高値を付けた。

東証２部株価指数は３日ぶりに反落した。東芝とリミックスが下げ、シャープとペッパーは上げた。

３日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反落した。終値は前日比11円41銭（0.34％）安の3314円88銭だった。ゲームのアエリアやバイオのラクオリアなど、投資家の関心が高かった銘柄に利益確定の売りが目立った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で650億円、売買高は１億1712万株だった。タツモやハーモニックが下げた。マクドナルドは2001円８月２日以来ほぼ16年ぶり高値を付けた。ＵＥＸも上げた。

東証マザーズ指数は反落した。終値は15.65ポイント（1.39％）安の1110.25だった。アカツキやアンジェス、ミクシィが下げた。一方、ＡＳＪやサイステップ、ＪＩＡが上昇した。

３日にマザーズに上場したシェアテクは2990円の初値を付けた。公開価格の1600円を87％上回った。終値は2752円だった。同時に名証セントレックスにも上場した。
