２日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比94円25銭（0.47％）高の２万0080円04銭だった。終値で２万円台を回復するのは７月27日以来。１日夕に米アップルが発表した2017年４～６月期決算は増収増益となり、恩恵を受けやすい電子部品関連株が買われた。日経平均の上げ幅は一時127円まで広がった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸し、前日比48.70ポイント（0.34％）高の１万4540.00だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も続伸し、5.88ポイント（0.36％）高の1634.38だった。業種別ＴＯＰＩＸでは、「電気機器」の上昇率が大きかった。

前日に下落が目立った中小型株は売りが一巡すると買いが優勢になった。外国為替市場で対ドルでの円高進行が一服したことも主力株の買い安心感につながった。主力株で構成する「ＴＯＰＩＸ　コア30」の上昇率はＴＯＰＩＸを上回った。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆4510億円。売買高は17億1845万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1172と全体の58％を占めた。値下がりは719、変わらずは130銘柄だった。

米アップルの好決算を受け、日電産は株式分割を考慮した実質ベースでの上場来高値を更新した。村田製やＴＤＫ、日東電も買われた。今期通期増益を発表したＪＦＥは大幅高。キーエンスは年初来高値を更新した。ベンチャー企業の買収が伝わったＫＤＤＩは買われた。

半面、前日に年初来高値を更新したマキタやスタートトゥが反落した。ＳＵＢＡＲＵやスズキが売りに押され、ニチレイは大幅続落。ヤマトＨＤは下落した。午後に17年４～６月期決算を発表した丸紅は大幅に下げた。

東証２部株価指数は続伸した。リミックスポイント、朝日インテクが上げた。一方、東芝やシャープが下げた。

２日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比24円43銭（0.74％）高い3326円29銭だった。前日の米株高を受けて投資家心理が改善。新興株市場では時価総額の大きい銘柄を中心に物色する動きが広がった。指数は前日まで下落し続けていたため、業績期待の高い銘柄を中心に個人投資家の押し目買いが優勢になった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で550億円、売買高は9548万株だった。ハーモニックやブロッコリー、セリアが上昇した半面、アエリアやラクオリアが下落。今期の減益見通しを発表したセプテニＨＤが下げた。

前日に４％近く下げた東証マザーズ指数は５営業日ぶりに反発。終値は前日比17.03ポイント（1.54％）高い1125.90だった。遺伝子治療薬への期待からアンジェスが上昇。分裂したビットコインに混乱が生じなかったことを好感し、インフォテリが買われた。アカツキの上げが目立った。一方、サイステップやＩＩＦ、弁護士ＣＯＭが下げた。
