米国、コミー氏証言内容に安心感、英国選挙も想定内。
新興株９日 マザーズが１年ぶり高値、ジャスダックは３日続伸
９日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反発した。終値は前日比104円00銭（0.52％）高の２万0013円26銭と４日ぶりに２万円台を回復した。８日のトランプ米大統領周辺とロシアの不透明な関係を巡るコミー前米連邦捜査局（ＦＢＩ）長官の議会証言は「政権を揺るがすような発言は出なかった」との受け止めが広がり、先行き懸念が和らいだ。米ロボット会社の買収発表などを受け、ソフトバンクが大幅上昇したことも株価指数を押し上げた。
８日の英総選挙の結果は９日午後に「与党・保守党の過半数割れが確実」と伝わった。英国政治の先行きへの不透明感が高まるとの懸念から日経平均は伸び悩み、２万円を下回る場面もあった。午前には一時、前日比186円01銭高の２万0096円01銭に上昇していた。
株価指数先物・オプション６月物の特別清算指数（ＳＱ）の算出に伴う取引もあり、東証１部の売買代金は概算３兆2000億円と５日以来の３兆円超えとなった。ＱＵＩＣＫの試算によると、ＳＱ値は１万9997円63銭だった。東証１部の売買高は22億6387万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は903と全体の45％にとどまった。値下がりは982、変わらずは133だった。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小幅ながら５日続落した。終値は前日比1.69ポイント（0.01％）安の１万4169.70だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は小幅に反発し、1.25ポイント（0.08％）高い1591.66で終えた。
年初来高値を付けた東芝、東エレクが上げた。Ｔ＆Ｄ、三菱ＵＦＪや第一生命ＨＤといった金融株が買われた。住友不や菱地所、三井不といった不動産株も上昇した。
９日付の日本経済新聞朝刊が「傘下の富士ゼロックスのニュージーランド子会社で発覚した会計問題を巡り、オーストラリアでも不備がみつかったことがわかった」と報じた富士フイルムは前日に比べ４％下げた。アサヒ、花王やＯＬＣが下落した。資生堂やヤマトＨＤ、セコムが売られた。
東証２部株価指数は続落した。シャープや朝日インテクが下げ、ピクセラとフュトレックが上げた。
９日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前日比３円19銭（0.10％）高い3227円86銭だった。ゲーム関連株に買いが広がった。半面、ユニバーサルやマクドナルドなど時価総額の大きい銘柄の下落が重荷となり、午後にかけて伸び悩んだ。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で914億円、売買高は１億６万株だった。アエリアや日本一ソフト、ブロッコリーなどゲーム関連株の上昇が目立った。一方、セキュリティー製品販売のセグエＧや創薬ベンチャーのラクオリアは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数は反発した。終値は前日比14.39ポイント（1.29％）高い1132.15と、2016年６月10日以来１年ぶりの高値を付けた。マザーズ市場でもモブキャスやアカツキ、ドリコムなどのゲーム関連株が上昇した。一方ミクシィは下落し、サイバダインやグレイスも安かった。
