23日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３営業日ぶりに反落した。前日比65円00銭（0.33％）安の１万9613円28銭で終えた。英中部マンチェスターのイベント会場で多数の死傷者を出す爆発があり、投資家心理が悪化。円相場が１ドル＝110円台後半に強含み、自動車や電機など主力株が売られた。一方、外部要因に左右されにくい内需株に買いが入り、相場を下支えした。

英国の地元警察はテロ事件として捜査を進めており、メイ首相は「全容解明に努める」との声明を出した。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比31.46ポイント（0.22％）安の１万3973.43だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３営業日ぶりに反落し、2.43ポイント（0.16％）安の1565.22で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆63億円。売買高は15億4376万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は904と、全体の44.8％を占めた。値上がりは978、変わらずは134銘柄だった。

ＪＡＬやＳＯＭＰＯの下げが大きかった。東エレクや関西電が下落した。コンコルディやＪＸＴＧが安く、コマツや日産自が売られた。前日に2017年３月期の決算発表が６月以降になりそうだと公表した富士フイルムが下げた。一方、新しいスマートフォン向けゲームを配信すると発表した任天堂が年初来高値を更新。ＪＴやＯＬＣが高値を付けた。大東建や大ガスが高く、オリックスや武田が買われた。

東証２部株価指数は３日続伸した。朝日インテクとベネ・ワンが上げ、シャープとＭＣＪが下げた。

23日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前日比２円32銭（0.07％）高の3127円87銭で1991年７月以来、25年10カ月ぶりの高値を連日で更新した。英国での爆発事件などをきっかけに円高・ドル安となり内需関連銘柄多いジャスダック銘柄に資金を振り向ける投資家が多かった。マクドナルドが連日で年初来高値を付け、セリアは分割考慮後の上場来高値を更新した。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で586億円、売買高は１億1599万株。マクドナルドやセリアに加え、平田機工やアズジェント、アエリアが上昇した。カイカやラクオリア、アイビーが下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は３日続伸した。終値は前日比4.17ポイント（0.39％）高の1077.88だった。格安航空会社（ＬＣＣ）のピーチ・アビエーションと子会社の連携を公表したリミックスが商いを伴って大幅高になった。中村超硬やソレイジアも上げた。サイステップやドリコム、そーせいグループが下げた。
