27日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は５営業日ぶりに小幅反落した。前日比37円56銭（0.19％）安の１万9251円87銭で終えた。トランプ米政権は26日に大型税制改革の基本方針を発表したが、財源確保が不十分で実現性や効果に不透明感が残った。前日の米株式相場が下落し、円安進行が一服したことから、利益を確定する売りに押された。
日経平均は前日までの４日間で850円超上昇したこともあり、戻り待ちの売りも出た。
キヤノンなどの好業績銘柄には買いが入り、下値は限定的だった。
日銀は正午すぎに金融政策決定会合で金融政策の現状維持を決めたと発表した。市場予想通りで相場の反応は限られた。きょうは東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）の算出に使われる「浮動株比率」の定期見直しに伴う機関投資家の売買が大引けにかけて集中し、日経平均は下げ渋る場面があった。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は６営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比16.25ポイント（0.12％）安の１万3747.44だった。ＴＯＰＩＸも６営業日ぶりに反落し、0.74ポイント（0.05％）安の1536.67で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆4554億円。売買高は19億7020万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は672と、全体の33.3％を占めた。値上がりは1219、変わらずは125銘柄だった。
前日に2018年３月期の連結営業利益が２期連続で減益となりそうだと発表したヤフーが９％超下落した。ルネサスや楽天の下げも大きかった。アステラスや三菱重が安い。フナックが下落し、積ハウスやファストリが売られた。
一方、17年12月期の業績見通しを上方修正したキヤノンが３％あまり上昇した。富士通やアサヒの上げも目立った。クボタや東レが買われた。セブン＆アイやダイキン、富士フイルムやキリンＨＤが高い。
東証２部株価指数は３日続伸した。ＤＡＣＨＤと朝日インテクが上げ、シャープと技研製が下げた。
27日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前日比12円36銭（0.42％）高い2977円27銭だった。好材料が出た中小型株に個人投資家の資金が向かった。最近上場した値動きの軽い新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）銘柄を買う動きも目立った。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で398億円、売買高は5180万株だった。今期の増益見通しを発表したインフォコムが高く、３月下旬に上場した音楽用電子機器のズームが上昇。ゲームのアエリアやバイオ医薬品のラクオリアが高かった。半面、ネット広告代理店のセプテニＨＤやパチスロのユニバーサルは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数は３日続伸した。終値は前日比12.30ポイント（1.20％）高の1033.30だった。バイオ医薬品のソレイジアが上昇。時価総額の大きいゲームのアカツキやミクシィが上げ、指数を押し上げた。ミクシィは連日で年初来高値を付けた。一方、25日上場の情報セキュリティサービスのアセンテックやバイオ医薬品のそーせいが下落した。
