25日の米株式市場でダウ工業株30種平均が大幅に上昇したことに加え、外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝111円半ばまで下落し、主力企業には輸出採算の改善を期待した買いが入った。

午後に入り、日経平均は上値の重い展開が続いていたが、13時30分ごろから再び買いの勢いが強まり上げ幅を拡大した。トランプ氏は26日に法人税率の15％への引き下げを盛り込むとされる税制改革案の公表を予定しており、期待感から海外投資家が買い入れた。輸送用機器や銀行業、機械、海運といった景気敏感セクター中心に買われ、業種別ＴＯＰＩＸでは33業種すべてが上昇した。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は５日続伸した。終値は前日比166.92ポイント（1.23％）高の１万3763.69だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も５日続伸し、18.20ポイント（1.2％）高の1537.41で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆5099億円。売買高は20億3553万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1655と、全体の約８割を占めた。値下がりは294、変わらずは65銘柄だった。

東証２部株価指数は続伸した。シャープと広栄化学が上げ、朝日インテクとＡＤプラズマは下げた。

26日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比26円97銭（0.92％）高い2964円91銭だった。地政学リスクの後退による欧米株の上昇や円安・ドル高で東証１部の主力株が上昇。中小型株にも買い安心感が広がった。個別に好材料が出た銘柄も物色された。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で472億円、売買高は6825万株だった。臨床治験の中間解析結果を公表したメディシノバが急伸。ロングライフや平田機工、ラクオリアが上昇した。半面、アエリアやフォーサイド、テンポスは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。終値は前日比16.73ポイント（1.67％）高い1021.00だった。
