Nippon Steel Sumikin and Tokuyama are high in expectation of expansion of US infrastructure investment. The rise in electronic parts stocks such as TDK, Alps and Nittoken was also remarkable. On the other hand, Nikkyo, which upgraded its business forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2005 on the 24th, was forced to sell. Toshiba is also cheap as S & P Global's rating company slashed long-term company rating on the 24th.

ジャスダックが連日の昨年来高値　マザーズは続伸

25日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比269円51銭（1.43％）高の１万9057円50銭で、３営業日ぶりに１万9000円台を回復した。世界的な景況感の改善で投資家心理が上向いた。日経平均の上げ幅は300円を超える場面があった。

24日発表の１月の米製造業購買担当者景気指数（ＰＭＩ）速報値が上昇し、世界的な景気改善への期待が高まった。24日の米株式相場が上昇し、日本株に対しても投資家が運用リスクを積極的に取る姿勢が強まった。

午後の日経平均は上値が重かった。目先の利益を確定する売りが出た。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３営業日ぶりに反発し、140.00ポイント（1.04％）高の１万3635.86だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３営業日ぶりに反発し、終値は15.25ポイント（1.01％）高の1521.58だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆2344億円、売買高は19億3434万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1529、値下がりは385、変わらずは88だった。

米国のインフラ投資拡大への期待で新日鉄住金やトクヤマが高い。ＴＤＫやアルプス、日東電など電子部品株の上昇も目立った。半面、24日に17年３月期の業績見通しを上方修正した日電産は売りに押された。24日に格付け会社のＳ＆Ｐグローバルが長期会社格付けを引き下げた東芝も安い。

東証２部株価指数は反発した。フュトレック、シャープ、フライトＨＤが上昇し、ＡＳＴＩや安川情報が下げた。

25日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は６日続伸した。終値は前日比29円47銭（1.05％）高い2845円93銭で、連日で昨年来高値を更新した。2015年７月以来、約１年半ぶりの高値となる。決算発表シーズンを迎え、業績上振れ期待の強い中小型株に買いが集まった。日経平均株価が大幅に反発し、個人心理の改善を映した買いが新興市場銘柄に波及した面もあり、取引終了にかけて一段高となった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で548億円、売買高は１億4112万株だった。日本ライトンや平田機工、テリロジーが上昇した。半面、フォーサイドやイマジニア、ＳＪＩは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は４日続伸した。終値は前日比13.98ポイント（1.43％）高い993.03だった。Ｇｕｎｏｓｙが売買を伴って上場来高値を更新。マイネットやグレイスが上昇した。リミックスやサイステップ、リファインＶが下落した。
