Emerging stocks pushed on Sunday, Jasdaq and Mothers sinking afternoon sale
The Nikkei Stock Average fell back on the 16th Tokyo stock market and ended at 19,095.24 yen, down 192.04 yen (1.00%) from the previous weekend. It is a cheap level since December 9, 2016 (18996.37 yen). Selling aimed at profit fixing and holding adjustment was dominant, disliking the yen appreciation in the foreign exchange market.

東証大引け、反落 円高を嫌気 売買代金は大納会以来の２兆円割れ
新興株16日、ジャスダックとマザーズ反落 午後売りに押される
16日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落し、前週末比192円04銭（1.00％）安の１万9095円24銭で終えた。2016年12月９日（１万8996円37銭）以来の安い水準となる。外国為替市場での円高基調を嫌気した、利益確定や持ち高調整を目的とした売りが優勢だった。
英国の欧州連合（ＥＵ）離脱がＥＵ単一市場へのアクセスを失う形で進む「強硬離脱（ハードブレグジット）」への警戒感が高まり、リスク回避の流れが広がった。外国為替市場では円相場が一時、１ドル＝113円台後半まで上昇し、日経平均は後場寄り直後に下げ幅を220円超まで拡大する場面があった。
その後は底堅さも目立った。円相場がやや伸び悩んだなか、日銀による上場投資信託（ＥＴＦ）の買い観測やこれまで買い遅れていた投資家による押し目買いが下支え要因となった。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反落した。終値は前週末比126.11ポイント（0.91％）安の１万3716.75だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は反落し、14.25ポイント（0.92％）安の1530.64で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆8872億円と２兆円に届かなかった。昨年の大納会である16年12月30日（１兆7125億円）以来の低水準だった。売買高は14億6955万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1601と、全体の７割強を占めた。値上がりは323、変わらずは80銘柄だった。
13時過ぎに日経ニュースが日経電子版やＱＵＩＣＫ端末などを通じて「財務省は日本郵政の株式を今夏以降に追加売却する方針」と報じ、日本郵政が大幅に下落した。前週末13日に新型ゲーム機「Ｎｉｎｔｅｎｄｏ Ｓｗｉｔｃｈ（ニンテンドースイッチ）」の発表会を開いた任天堂は続落した。新日鉄住金や小野薬、ＳＭＣが売られた。一方、13日に2016年３～11月期の連結営業利益は219億円と前年同期に比べ６％減ったと発表した久光薬は上昇した。大塚ＨＤと日電産が買われ、ＪＡＬもしっかりだった。
東証２部株価指数は反落した。シャープと朝日インテクが下げ、フライトＨＤと安川情報が上げた。
16日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反落した。終値は前週末比６円14銭（0.22％）安い2797円16銭とこの日の安値だった。材料の出た銘柄を中心に物色され前引け時点では小幅に上昇していたが、午後は売りに押される展開となった。円相場が円高・ドル安に振れ、主力株が下げ幅を拡大したことで投資家心理の悪化が波及した。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で495億円、売買高は２億923万株だった。売買高は2016年９月28日以来の高水準となった。ＡＫＩＢＡやブロッコリー、日本一ソフトが下落した。半面、ＩＧポートやユークス、レイは上昇した。
東証マザーズ指数は反落した。終値は前週末比6.34ポイント（0.65％）安い972.02だった。そーせいやメタップス、ミクシィが下落した。一方でアスカネットやＧｕｎｏｓｙ、リファインＶは上昇した。
