21日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日続伸し、前日比457円08銭（2.70％）高の１万7363円62銭で終えた。原油高を背景に世界経済の減速懸念が後退し、投資家に買い安心感が広がった。外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝109円台後半と円安・ドル高に振れ、輸出関連株に採算悪化懸念の後退を手掛かりにした買いが入った。午後になって「外国人投資家とみられる買いが入った」との声があり、主力株を中心に上値を追う動きが加速し、日経平均の上げ幅が拡大した。これまで上値のメドとされていた３月の高値である１万7291円を上回ったことで、買いの勢いに弾みが付いた面もある。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３日続伸。終値は前日比266.73ポイント（2.16％）高の１万2620.20だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３日続伸し、27.90ポイント（2.04％）高の1393.68で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆4742億円。売買高は22億8362万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1753と、全体の約９割を占めた。値下がりは149、変わらずは50銘柄だった。

東証２部株価指数は３日続伸した

21日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前日比16円78銭（0.68％）高い2485円60銭だった。原油価格の上昇を受けて世界経済の減速懸念が後退し、投資家心理は改善。後場に日経平均株価が強含むと、新興市場の株価指数もじり高基調となった。マザーズ指数は９年３カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。

　ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で638億円、売買高は１億4546万株だった。主力銘柄で構成するＪＡＳＤＡＱ―ＴＯＰ20は反発した。

　マザーズ指数は反発。終値は前日比41.01ポイント（3.46％）高い1226.42と年初来高値を更新し、2007年１月22日（1235.15）以来の高水準となった。
