東証大引け、続伸　一時１万7000円上回る

20日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続伸し、前日比32円10銭（0.19％）高の１万6906円54銭で終えた。米国株式相場が上昇し、東京市場でも運用リスクを回避する投資家の姿勢が和らいだ。朝方には上げ幅が200円を超え、取引時間中として約３週間ぶりに１万7000円を一時上回った。その後は戻り待ちの売りも出て、日経平均は小幅安に転じる場面もあるなど伸び悩んだ。燃費試験の不正行為で社長が会見すると午後に伝わった三菱自は一時、制限値幅の下限（ストップ安水準）まで売られた。

　東京の取引時間帯で外国為替相場が円高・ドル安に振れ、米原油先物が時間外取引で下落した。20日の米国株の反落への警戒感も浮上し、日本株の上値は重くなった。

　熊本地震の災害復旧や景気のてこ入れを優先するため、安倍晋三首相が衆参同日選を見送る意向を固めたと伝わった。市場では「補正予算を編成しやすくなるという点で評価できる」（日本アジア証券の清水三津雄エクイティ・ストラテジスト）との声があった。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆2393億円。売買高は20億8836万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は834と全体の約43％を占めた。値下がりは993、変わらずは125銘柄だった。
