　前日の米株高やニューヨーク原油先物相場の下げ止まりで朝方から小高い水準での動きが続いたが、後場中ごろから取引終了間際にかけて期末の持ち高調整の売りが散発的に出て、日経平均は下げ足を速めた。

　あす国内では３月の日銀企業短期経済観測調査（短観）、海外では３月の米雇用統計の発表を控える。日銀の短観では景況感の悪化を予想する声が多く、買いを手控える動きにつながった。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400も３日続落した。終値は前日比87.88ポイント（0.72％）安の１万2161.79だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３日続落し、9.09ポイント（0.67％）安の1347.20で終えた。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆3073億円だった。売買高は22億2549万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1449と全体の74.4％を占めた。値上がりは421、変わらずは76銘柄だった。

31日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅に３日続落した。大引けは前日比36銭（0.01％）安の2460円06銭だった。東証１部の主力銘柄が大引けにかけて下げ幅を拡大。投資家心理がやや悪化し、新興企業株にも売りが波及した。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で843億円、売買高は１億5021万株。主力銘柄で構成するＪＡＳＤＡＱ－ＴＯＰ20は続落した。

東証マザーズ指数は４日続伸。大引けは前日比7.73ポイント（0.76％）高の1020.80だった。昨年６月25日以来およそ９カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。
