　ＥＣＢは10日の定例理事会でマイナス金利の拡大だけでなく量的緩和策を拡充した。金融機関の収益基盤を考慮しながら実体経済を刺激する目配りされた政策との分析がじわりと浸透。日銀とＥＣＢが競い合うように利下げするシナリオがひとまず遠のいたとの連想も働き、金融株を中心とした見直し買いを促した。

　ただ、前場は売りに押された。ＥＣＢのドラギ総裁は理事会後の記者会見で「追加利下げが必要になるとは思わない」と発言。さらなる緩和に慎重との受け止めにつながり、下げ幅が280円に迫る場面があった。

　ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸した。終値は前日比60.67ポイント（0.50％）高の１万2296.16だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も続伸し、7.15ポイント（0.53％）高の1359.32で終えた。

　東証１部の売買代金は概算で３兆883億円だった。株価指数先物・オプション３月物の特別清算指数（ＳＱ）算出に伴う取引で、２月17日以来の水準に膨らんだ。売買高は27億6156万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1295と、全体の67％を占めた。値下がりは533、変わらずは115銘柄だった。
