米欧の首脳会談で貿易摩擦の緩和が合意されたのを受け、26日の米市場ではダウ平均が約５カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。主要通貨に対するドル高基調に加え、日銀が27日14時に固定利回りで無制限に国債を買い入れる「指し値オペ」を通知して長期金利の上昇をけん制したのも円安・ドル高圧力となり、機械や自動車といった輸出関連株の一部に買いを誘った。

１～６月期純利益が過去最高となった花王が上昇するなど、好業績銘柄への買いも目立った。来週から発表が本格化する電子部品関連株も物色された。ただ、日銀が金融緩和策を修正するとの観測が浮上しているなか、30～31日の金融政策決定会合の結果を見極めたいとして積極的な買いは手控えられた。日経平均は横ばい圏まで伸び悩む場面があった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４日続伸した。終値は前日比85.16ポイント（0.55％）高の１万5694.70だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４日続伸し、9.98ポイント（0.57％）高の1775.76で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆1679億円。売買高は13億8133万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1398と、全体の６割超を占めた。値下がりは623、変わらずは80銘柄だった。

信越化学工業やエーザイが高い。日通など陸運株の上げも目立った。一方、日産化やダイキン、スズキが安い。2018年４～６月期決算で減益となった日産化学や野村ホールディングスは売りが優勢だった。
