Securities and real estate rose as the view on the front of the stock market strengthened. Funds such as overseas hedge funds flowed into the good performance stock with a feeling of lag. The trading value of TSE 1 department is estimated at 2,593.1 billion yen on an approximate basis. Trading volume was 1,519.88 million shares. Total price stocks in TSE 1 part accounted for 1197, accounting for 57% of the total. The price drop was 813, unchanged 73 brands.

The rise of Sumitomo Electric Industries and Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was conspicuous. Takeda and Softbank raise, Sony and Mitsubishi Estate are also expensive. Meanwhile, Kirin Holdings and Asahi Group Holdings' conspicuous losses were conspicuous. Nintendo and Monex Group were also weak.

１～３月期が大幅な最終増益になった資生堂が、日経平均のけん引役となり内需を中心に買われる。

新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反発

14日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日続伸した。終値は前週末比107円38銭（0.47％）高の２万2865円86銭だった。２月２日以来、約３カ月ぶりの高値となる。良好な決算を発表した銘柄に買いが入り、相場全体を押し上げた。不動産や倉庫、証券など、これまで株価の上昇が鈍かった出遅れ銘柄にも買いが入った。

14日の日経平均のけん引役は、１～３月期が大幅な最終増益になった資生堂だった。株価は16％近く上昇し、資生堂の上昇だけで日経平均を41円押し上げた。純利益が過去最高となった18年３月期の決算と同時に自社株買いを11日に発表した三井不動産にも買いが集まり、株式相場を底上げした。

株式相場全体の先高観が強まるなかで、証券や不動産などが上昇した。出遅れ感のある好業績株に海外のヘッジファンドなどの資金が流入した。一方で11日の米国のハイテク株安を受け、東京市場でも東京エレクトロンなど半導体株には売りが出た。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸した。終値は前週末比101.91ポイント（0.64％）高の１万5947.76だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も続伸し、10.96ポイント（0.61％）高の1805.92で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆5931億円。売買高は15億1988万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1197と、全体の57％を占めた。値下がりは813、変わらずは73銘柄だった。

住友電気工業や村田製作所の上昇が目立った。武田やソフトバンクが上げ、ソニーや三菱地所も高い。一方、キリンホールディングスやアサヒグループホールディングスの下げが目立った。任天堂やマネックスグループも軟調だった。

14日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前週末比４円72銭（0.12％）高い3983円82銭だった。好業績銘柄を中心に買いが広がった。もっとも午後は東証１部の大型株が上昇基調を強めて投資資金が移り、新興市場では指数の上値を追う動きは限られた。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で831億円、売買高は１億1778万株だった。ニューフレアテクノロジーやプリント配線板設計のメイコー、エン・ジャパンが上昇した。半面、フォーサイドやハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズ 、ユニバーサルは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数も４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前週末比1.67ポイント（0.15％）高い1146.23だった。ＨＥＲＯＺやミクシィ、ユナイテッドが上昇した。一方、遺伝子解析のジーエヌアイやそーせい、アップバンクが下落した。
