30日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比295円22銭（1.40％）高の２万1454円30銭だった。29日の米株式市場でＩＴ（情報技術）株やハイテク株が上昇し、投資家心理の改善を映した買いが優勢だった。午後は先物への断続的な買いをきっかけに、値がさ株に裁定取引に絡んだ買いが入り、日経平均は上げ幅を350円超に拡大する場面があった。個別では米ハイテク株高を受け、東京エレクトロンなど半導体関連銘柄が堅調だった。

30日は聖金曜日の祝日で主要な海外市場が休場となるため、海外投資家などの参加は少なかった。年度末と週末が重なり、薄商いの中で先物の売り方による手じまい目的の買い戻しが入ったことが、日経平均を押し上げた面も大きい。

日経平均は年度ベースで2545円（13％）上昇し、２期連続のプラスだった。上昇幅は2015年度（4379円）以来、３期ぶりの大きさだった。３月の月間では613円下落した。米中の貿易摩擦を懸念した売りが膨らみ、２月に続いて２カ月連続で下げた。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は続伸。終値は前日比111.67ポイント（0.74％）高の１万5180.09だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は続伸し、終値は12.30ポイント（0.72％）高の1716.30だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆1486億円。売買高は11億4075万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1492と、全体の約71％を占めた。値下がりは536、変わらずは51銘柄だった。

日本郵船やコナミホールディングスの上昇が目立った。ＳＣＲＥＥＮホールディングスやＴＤＫも高い。一方、証券会社が投資判断を下げたカプコンの下げが目立った。関西電力など電力株も下落した。明治ホールディングスなど内需関連も軟調だった。

30日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比35円94銭（0.91％）高い3983円97銭。最近上場した銘柄の初値が軒並み公開価格の２倍以上になるなど、新規株式公開（ＩＰＯ）の好調さが目立った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で768億円、売買高は１億1374万株だった。免疫生物研が高い。ハーモニック、エンジャパンといった新興株市場の時価総額上位銘柄も上げた。一方、ニチダイやカルナバイオは下げた。

東証マザーズ指数は４日続伸した。終値は前日比20.65ポイント（1.74％）高い1206.24だった。ＭＲＴやメドピアが上げた。抗がん剤用化合物でライセンス契約を結んだと発表した神戸天然物化も高い。27日上場のＲＰＡも上昇した。一方、ゲームウィズやメディアシークは下落した。
