休み明け22日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反発した。前営業日比211円02銭（0.99％）高の２万1591円99銭で終えた。

ファナックやファーストリテイリング、テルモ、リクルートや信越化学工業といった値がさ株が買われ、５銘柄で日経平均を90円近く押し上げた。20日までの３営業日で400円強下落しており、買い戻しが入りやすかった。

朝方は売りが先行した。米連邦準備理事会（ＦＲＢ）は21日に約３カ月ぶりに利上げを決めたが、米連邦公開市場委員会（ＦＯＭＣ）の参加者の2020年と長期の国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）成長率見通しは変わらなかった。このため、一部には利上げによる米景気減速が意識された。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400も４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前営業日比100.23ポイント（0.66％）高の１万5274.13だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も同じく４営業日ぶりに反発し、11.10ポイント（0.65％）高の1727.39で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆6698億円。売買高は13億8548万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1304と、全体の約63％を占めた。値下がりは689、変わらずは84だった。

業種別ＴＯＰＩＸ（33業種）では、鉱業や医薬品、精密機器の上昇が目立った。空運業や食料品、電気・ガス業は下落した。

個別では小野薬品工業が５％高で終えた。国際石油開発帝石やコマツも大幅高になった。ＪＴが大幅安。ＡＮＡホールディングスや関西電力が売られた。

22日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は５営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前営業日比22円04銭（0.55％）高い4058円44銭だった。日経平均株価が午後に一段高となり投資家のリスク許容度が拡大。新興株市場でも次第に買いが優勢となった。免疫生物研究所やシンワワイズなど個別に材料が出た銘柄が買われた。フェローテックホールディングスやヴィスコ・テクノロジーズなど直近で軟調だったハイテク関連銘柄にも押し目買いが入った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で770億円と今年最低だった。売買高は１億1769万株。ジェイテックやエンジャパンといった人材関連が上昇した。半面、ドーンやレカムは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は４営業日ぶりに小幅に反発した。終値は前営業日比2.64ポイント（0.22％）高い1199.00だった。
