President Trumpp was informed that Japan also indicated its policy on the import restrictions on steel and aluminum. This also pushed down stock prices of Nippon Steel Sumitomo and JFE.

There was also a scene where the Nikkei average turned over to 66 yen at a time temporarily. Individuals and domestic institutional investors put in buying from the sense of price. The BOJ's 7-day long-term JGB purchase operation (public market operation) had the same amount of purchase planned as last time. JPX Nikkei index 400 fell by 104.46 points (0.69%) to 15,061.52, TSE stock index (TOPIX) fell by 12.34 points (0.72%) at 1703.96, both of which fell back.

The trading value of TSE 1 department was estimated at 2,0761.1 billion yen on an approximate basis, and the sales volume was 1,467.4 million shares. The number of stocks that went down in the first section of the TSE was 1368, rising 617, 85 unchanged.

Tokyo Electron, Fanuc and Komatsu lowered. Fujitsu renewed the low since last year. Mitsubishi Jisho and Yamato HD rose. Shiseido renewed listing coming high.

The Nikkei JASDAQ average stock price fell back on the 7th stock market for start-up companies. The closing price was 11.1 yen (0.27%) cheaper than the previous day to 4019 21 yen. Investors' risk aversion attitudes have strengthened across the stock market owing to caution against US protectionist policy. There was also a scene in which the rise in popularity by individual investors began to support the rise in prices around the afternoon.

The Jasdaq market trading value was estimated to be 88.1 billion yen, trading volume was 189.11 million shares. Teriology, Immunology Laboratories, Sinoken Group and others rose. On the other hand, cell seeds, Ming Feng enterprise, Rakuoria drug discovery etc fell.

The TSE Mothers index also dropped, with the closing price falling 5.75 points (0.48%) over the previous day to 1180.87.

７日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落した。終値は前日比165円04銭（0.77％）安の２万1252円72銭だった。米トランプ政権で経済政策の要であった米国家経済会議（ＮＥＣ）のコーン委員長が７日朝に辞任を表明し、米政権が保護主義に傾斜するとの懸念が強まった。為替の円高進行もあって日本株に売りが優勢になった。７日の米国株が下落するとの警戒感も相場の重荷になった。

日本時間７日のＧＬＯＢＥＸ（シカゴ先物取引システム）で米株価指数先物が大幅安となり、７日の米国株が下落すると身構える投資家が増えた。トランプ米大統領は、鉄鋼とアルミニウムの輸入制限について日本も適用対象との方針を示したと伝わった。これも新日鉄住金やＪＦＥの株価を押し下げた。

日経平均は一時、66円高と上げに転じる場面もあった。個人や国内機関投資家が値ごろ感からの買いを入れた。日銀による７日の長期国債買い入れオペ（公開市場操作）は、買い入れ予定額が前回と同額だった。減額を予想して株価指数先物を売っていた短期投資家からの買い戻しが入ったとの見方もあった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は104.46ポイント（0.69％）安の１万5061.52、東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は12.34ポイント（0.72％）安の1703.96でいずれも反落した。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆7361億円、売買高は14億6744万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1368、値上がり617、変わらず85だった。

東京エレクトロンやファナック、コマツが下げた。富士通は昨年来安値を更新した。三菱地所とヤマトＨＤが上昇した。資生堂は上場来高値を更新した。

７日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反落した。終値は前日比11円１銭（0.27％）安い4019円21銭となった。米国の保護主義的政策への警戒感から株式市場全体で投資家のリスク回避姿勢が強まった。個人投資家の押し目買いが支えとなり、昼ごろにかけては上昇に転じる場面もあった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で881億円、売買高は１億8911万株だった。テリロジーや免疫生物研究所、シノケングループなどが上昇した。半面、セルシードや明豊エンタープライズ、ラクオリア創薬などは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数も反落し、終値は前日比5.75ポイント（0.48％）安の1180.87だった。
