On the 24th Tokyo stock market, the Nikkei average closed on Thursday and ended at 22,550.85 yen, which was 27.70 yen (0.12%) higher than the previous business day. Bank of Japan Governor Governor Budgetary buying related to personnel affairs and monetary policy began in the afternoon and pushed up the index.
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said that he met talks with Swiss Ambassador to Honda Yoshiro Honda at the Prime Minister's official residence at the Prime Minister's official residence, attending the Cabinet Secretariat of Koichi Hamada, Emeritus Professor at Yale University. In the morning, the yen appreciated in the foreign exchange market and the Chinese stocks drastically lowered on February 23, the Nikkei average fell nearly to 150 yen. Following the end of the sale, the exchange rate of yen fell into sluggishness, semiconductor related stocks such as Tokyo Electron and Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. were bought up and pushed up the index.
JPX Nikkei Index 400 continued to rise for three days. The closing price was 28,52 points (0.18%) higher than the previous business day, 15,774.98. The TSE stock index (TOPIX) also continued on Thursday, finishing at 1780.56, 3.48 points (0.2%) high.
Trading price of TSE 1 department is estimated at 2,399.6 billion yen on an approximate basis. Trading volume was 1,329.66 million shares. The number of ups and downs in the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange was 1157, the price drop was 781, 100 marks were unchanged.
Nintendo announced the strong sales of the new game has renewed its highs since the beginning of the year. KDDI and NTT rose, and Kubota and SMC were also bought. Meanwhile, Mitsubishi Materials whose falsification of quality data was revealed is significantly lower. Komatsu and Sumitomo Electric Industries fell, Mitsubishi Estate and Mitsui Fudosan were sold.

The TSE Mothers index continued to rise for six days. The closing price was 8.72 points (0.76%) higher than at 222. It was 1162.75. It is the highest price in nearly four months since July 28. Forecasting brands such as Power Source Holdings and Kushikatsu Tanaka are prominent as we anticipate demand for year-end party at the end of the year. On the other hand, Sun Bio, Mixi, Bright Pass Bio fell.

24日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日続伸し、前営業日比27円70銭（0.12％）高の２万2550円85銭で終えた。日銀総裁人事や金融政策に関する思惑的な買いが午後から入り、指数を押し上げた。
安倍晋三首相は24日午後、首相官邸で米エール大学名誉教授の浜田宏一内閣官房参与、本田悦朗駐スイス大使と会談したと伝わった。日銀の黒田東彦総裁が2018年４月に任期切れとなるのを踏まえ、日銀総裁人事について意見交換したとの見方が出た。本田氏は金融緩和に積極的な考え方であることから、総裁人事や金融政策に関する思惑的な買いが指数を押し上げた。
午前は外国為替市場での円相場の上昇や23日の中国株の大幅安を受け、日経平均の下げ幅は一時、150円に迫った。売り一巡後は円相場の伸び悩みを受け、東京エレクトロンや信越化学工業などの半導体関連株が買われ、指数を押し上げた。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３日続伸した。終値は前営業日比28.52ポイント（0.18％）高の１万5774.98だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３日続伸し、3.48ポイント（0.2％）高の1780.56で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆3996億円。売買高は13億2964万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1157、値下がりは781、変わらずは100銘柄だった。
新作ゲームの好調な売れ行きを発表した任天堂は年初来高値を更新した。ＫＤＤＩとＮＴＴが上昇し、クボタとＳＭＣも買われた。一方、品質データの改ざんが明らかとなった三菱マテリアルは大幅安。コマツと住友電気工業は下落し、三菱地所と三井不動産は売られた。
東証２部株価指数は反落した。東芝とシャープが下げ、児玉化学工業とエリアクエストは上げた。
24日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は６日続伸した。終値は前営業日の22日と比べ24円78銭（0.66％）高い3788円32銭となり、きょうの高値で終えた。連日で年初来高値を更新し、1990年８月３日（3858円65銭）以来の高値を付けた。外国為替市場で円高・ドル安が進み、内需銘柄を中心に外部環境に左右されにくい新興市場の中小型株が物色された。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で777億円、売買高は9457万株だった。化学素材の精密蒸留を手掛ける大阪油化工業に買いが集まった。産業ロボット向けの精密減速機などを製造販売するハーモニック・ドライブ・システムズは午後上昇に転じた。量子コンピューター関連とされるエヌエフ回路設計ブロックやＹＫＴも引き続き買われた。一方、麻生フオームクリートやフェローテックホールディングスは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数も６日続伸した。終値は22日と比べ8.75ポイント（0.76％）高い1162.75だった。７月28日以来ほぼ４カ月ぶりの高値。年末の忘年会需要を見込み、力の源ホールディングスや串カツ田中など外食銘柄の上昇が目立った。半面、サンバイオやミクシィ、ブライトパス・バイオは下落した。
