19日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は13日続伸し、前日比85円47銭（0.40％）高の２万1448円52銭と、1996年10月18日以来21年ぶりの高値を付けた。13日続伸は88年２月10～27日以来29年８カ月ぶりで、歴代２位の記録に並んだ。前日の米株式相場の最高値更新や円安進行で投資家心理が一段と上向いた。企業業績の拡大期待も相場を押し上げた。

前日の米株式市場ではダウ工業株30種平均など主要３指数がそろって最高値を付けた。円相場は１ドル＝113円台に下落。東京市場では朝から自動車や電気機器など主力の輸出関連株に買いが先行。米長期金利の上昇を受け、保険株や銀行株が上げた。株高の恩恵期待から証券株への買いも目立った。

中国国家統計局が発表した７～９月期の国内総生産（ＧＤＰ）成長率は6.8％と、市場予想を0.1ポイント上回った。４～６月期から減速したが、中国景気が安定しているとの見方が相場を支えた。日経平均は一時２万1500円台に乗せた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆4106億円。売買高は15億2038万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は813と、全体の４割にとどまった。値下がりは1096、変わらずは122だった。ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は９日続伸し、58.14ポイント（0.38％）高い１万5329.29と最高値を更新した。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も９日続伸し、5.40ポイント（0.31％）高の1730.04と年初来高値を付けた。

信越化学工業や小野薬品工業、住友金属鉱山が上昇した。東京エレクトロン、パナソニックや三菱電機が買われた。Ｔ＆Ｄホールディングスや第一生命ホールディングス、東京海上ホールディングスも高い。半面、東京ガスや関西電力が下落。味の素、楽天やイオンが売られた。コマツやＪＸＴＧが安い。

東証２部株価指数は続落した。シャープとベネフィット・ワンが下げた。朝日インテックとアトムは上げた。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で815億円、売買高は１億2281万株だった。旭化学工業や日特エンジニアリングといった自動車関連銘柄が上昇した。半面、直近のＩＰＯ銘柄の寿屋や大阪油化工業は下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は５営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比6.02ポイント（0.56％）高い1087.17だった。ＤＭＰや串カツ田中が上昇した。半面、ＰＫＳＨＡ　Ｔｅｃｈｎｏｌｏｇｙやロードスターは下落した。
