On the 3rd, the Nikkei average was up on the Tokyo stock market and ended up with 213.29 yen (1.05%) higher than the previous day at 20,614 yen 07. Updated the highest yesterday everyday, and since August 17, 2015, it has raised for the first time in about two years and a month. Following the US economic indicators that exceeded market expectations, buyers expected to expand corporate performance from overseas investors swelled.
The manufacturing business sentiment index of September, released by the US Supply Management Association (ISM) on 2nd, rose to the level of 60.8, the first time in 13 years and 4 months. The ISM index often precedes the Japanese and U.S. Stock index by about 3 months, and the expectation of foreign investors' abroad heightened. The drop in the foreign exchange market to the dollar / dollar in the first half of the yen was also a support material mainly for export related stocks.
Democratic Progressive Party Yukio Edano, former Chief Cabinet Secretary, announced the constitutional Democratic Party will be set up on the afternoon. The opposition parties' power crowd failed, and the view that the LDP would be advantageous in election campaign also boosted the stock price. We invited the expectation that large - scale monetary easing and avenomics of fiscal expansion will be confident.
Domestic stocks such as real estate industry and electricity and gas industry rose sharply.
JPX Nikkei index 400 repulsed. The closing price was 108.32 points (0.73%) higher than the previous day at 14,880.19. The TSE stock index (TOPIX) also rebounded, finishing at 1684.46, 10.84 points (0.65%) high.
Trading price of TSE 1 department is estimated at 2,282.1 billion yen on an approximate basis. Trading volume was 1,450.94 million shares. The number of the price rise in the TSE 1 part was 1172, the price drop was 759, and it was 99 unchanged.
The Asato DK which the US Investment Fund revealed TOB (public tender offer) was greatly high. Mitsui Fudosan and Sumitomo Real Estate rose, and Shionogi & Eisai were bought. Meanwhile, Shiseido, Ono Pharmaceutical, Kao fell. T & D Holdings and International Petroleum Development Teikoku were sold.
The TSE 2 stock index climbed steadily. FDK and DAICO Electric Corp. raised, Cyberstep and Sharp lowered.
The Nikkei Jasdaq stock average continued to rise for 5 days on the 3rd day stock market for startup companies. The closing price was ¥ 3629.13, which was ¥ 8.58 (0.24%) higher than the previous day. In addition to the US stock price, the uncertainty about the future of politics such as the House of Representatives election declined somewhat, investor psychology rose. Just as large stocks such as the Tokyo Stock Exchange lead the market as the market is rising, buying to small and medium type shares was slow and the upper price was heavy.
The Jasdaq market trading value was estimated at 96.7 billion yen, trading volume was 240.82 million shares. Shirai Electronics and intelligent waves rose. On the other hand, McDonald's and Onkyo fell.
The TSE Mothers Index fell back for the first time in five business days. The closing price was 3.22 points (0.36%) cheaper than the previous day at 1102.00. Cyberdyne, the top market capitalization price, fell, pushing down the Mothers index. Meanwhile, raised Infoteria and Asukanet.

東証２部株価指数は続伸、ジャスダック５日続伸、マザーズは反落
３日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続伸し、前日比213円29銭（1.05％）高の２万0614円07銭で終えた。連日で年初来高値を更新し、2015年８月17日以来、約２年１カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。市場予想を上回った米経済指標を受け、海外投資家から企業業績の拡大を期待した買いが膨らんだ。
米サプライマネジメント協会（ＩＳＭ）が２日発表した９月の製造業景況感指数が60.8と13年４カ月ぶりの水準に上昇した。ＩＳＭ指数は日米の株価指数に３カ月程度、先行することが多く、海外投資家の先高期待が高まった。外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝113円台前半に下落したことも輸出関連株中心に支援材料となった。
民進党の枝野幸男・元官房長官が２日午後、立憲民主党を立ち上げると表明。野党の勢力結集は失敗し、自民党が選挙戦で有利になるとの見方も株高を後押しした。大規模金融緩和と財政拡大のアベノミクスが信任されるとの期待を誘った。
不動産業や電気・ガス業など内需株の上昇が目立った。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反発した。終値は前日比108.32ポイント（0.73％）高の１万4880.19だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反発し、10.84ポイント（0.65％）高の1684.46で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆2821億円。売買高は14億5094万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1172、値下がりは759、変わらずは99銘柄だった。
米投資ファンドによるＴＯＢ（株式公開買い付け）が明らかとなったアサツーＤＫは大幅高だった。三井不動産と住友不動産は上昇し、塩野義製薬とエーザイが買われた。一方、資生堂や小野薬品、花王は下落した。Ｔ＆Ｄホールディングスと国際石油開発帝石は売られた。
東証２部株価指数は続伸した。ＦＤＫと大興電子通信が上げ、サイバーステップとシャープは下げた。
３日の新興企業向け株式市場で日経ジャスダック平均株価は５日続伸した。終値は前日比８円58銭（0.24％）高の3629円13銭だった。米株高に加え、衆院選など政治面での先行き不透明感がやや後退し、投資家心理が上向いた。ただ東証１部などの大型株が主導して上昇する相場となる中で中小型株への買いは鈍く、上値は重かった。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で967億円、売買高は２億4082万株だった。シライ電子やインテリジェントウェイブが上昇した。半面、マクドナルドやオンキヨーは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数は５営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前日比3.94ポイント（0.36％）安い1102.00だった。時価総額上位のそーせいやサイバーダインが下落し、マザーズ指数を押し下げた。一方、インフォテリアやアスカネットは上げた。
