28日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３日ぶりに反発し、前日比96円06銭（0.47％）高の２万0363円11銭で終えた。米税制改革案の公表を受けて米株式相場が上昇し、投資家心理が上向いた。円相場が１ドル＝113円台に下落し、主力の輸出関連株を中心に買い安心感が広がった。日経平均は一時２万0400円の節目に迫った。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３日ぶりに反発し、93.29ポイント（0.63％）高い１万4799.60と、15年８月19日以来２年１カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は11.74ポイント（0.71％）高の1676.17と、15年８月11日以来の高値。衆院が正午に開いた本会議で解散したが、相場の反応は限定的だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆7403億円。売買高は16億358万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1461と、全体の７割を占めた。値下がりは494、変わらずは71だった。

トヨタやデンソーと共同で電気自動車（ＥＶ）開発会社を設立すると発表したマツダが３％高で引けた。米アップルが液晶パネルに注目していると伝わったジャパンディスプレイは７％高で終えた。コマツやダイキンが買われた。米ハイテク株高の流れを受け、東京エレクトロンや任天堂が上昇した。米長期金利の上昇を背景に、第一生命ホールディングスやＴ＆Ｄホールディングスといった保険株や銀行株が上げた。

半面、小池百合子東京都知事が立ち上げた新党「希望の党」が原発ゼロを主要な政策に掲げているのが嫌気され、関西電力など電力株が下げた。大和証券グループ本社や住友不動産、ファーストリテイリングも売られた。日産自動車やスズキが安い。

東証２部株価指数は続伸した。東芝と朝日インテックが上げ、Ｄ．Ａ．コンソーシアムホールディングスと三谷商事が下げた。

28日の新興企業向け株式市場で日経ジャスダック平均株価は続伸した。終値は前日比17円55銭（0.49％）高の3577円11銭で1990年８月以来27年１カ月ぶりの高値を付けた。トヨタなどが電気自動車（ＥＶ）を開発する新会社を設立すると発表し、ＥＶ関連とされる田中化学研究所や菊水電子に買いが入った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で864億円、売買高は１億5958万株だった。子会社売却で特別利益を計上すると発表した日本ラッドが上げた。特殊加工ガラスの岡本硝子も高い。半面、ＮＦ回路やセリアは下げた。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。終値は7.47ポイント（0.70％）高の1079.12だった。ＥＶ向け電池の大泉製作所やゲームのサイバーステップが上げた。一方、パークシャやＡＳＪが下げた。
