Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Nikkei average closed down slightly, finishing in 20,999.81 yen, up 1.43 percent (0.01 percent) from the previous day. Asian shares in general were bought against the backdrop of the US stock market yesterday, supporting investor psychology. It was bought mainly for high-tech related stocks such as information, communication and electrical equipment. Meanwhile, the exchange rate fell to around 113 yen per dollar, and cars and shipping were sold.



Yerean Federal Reserve Chairman Federal Reserve Chairman Tuesday made a statement saying that "moderate interest rate hikes are appropriate for the coming years" in the Congressional testimony on February 12, alleviating the sense of caution against market tightening.

U.S. high-tech stocks rose on the 12th and IT (information technology) related stocks such as East Elek, Sony and Softbank were bought. Recruitment was bought from expectation of working way reform progress, and the rise in service industry was conspicuous.

On the other hand, selling expanded to financial-related stocks whose margins and expectations for improvement were recessed against the backdrop of a decline in US long-term interest rates. Insurance shares such as Dai-ichi Life HD and T & D and bank stocks such as Mizuho FG and Mitsubishi UFJ fell.

JPX Nikkei index 400 fell slightly. The closing price was 4,43 points (0.03%) less than the previous day and it was 14,417.78. The TSE stock index (TOPIX) also dropped slightly, finishing in 1619.11, down 0.23 points (0.01%).

The trading value of the first section of the TSE is estimated at 1,091.5 billion yen, roughly equaling 2 trillion yen every day. Trading volume was 1,739.57 million shares. The TSE 1st section price rise number was 882, the price drop was 994, unchanged was 145 stocks.

Sumitomo mine rose. Ryoshite, which announced to participate in the redevelopment project in Singapore, was also bought. ROHM and ANAHD, which the securities company raised the target stock price, were high, raised Fujitsu and Suzuki, NTT. On the other hand, Toshiba was sold drastically due to disarray over the sale of semiconductor business. Mazda, Kyocera and Marubeni also fell.

The TSE 2 stock index fell back for the first time in four business days. Fumakira and pepper fell down, and DACHD and Asahi INTEC came up.

The Nikkei Jasdaq Stock Average has narrowed slightly on the 13th stock market for start-up companies. The closing price was 2,239 yen (0.07%) higher than the previous day at 3296 yen 92, renewing its high for the first time in 26 years since June 14, 1991. Buying was aimed at short-term price warping, centering on light-weight small stocks of price movements. On the other hand, profitable selling appeared for stocks that felt a sense of upward pressure on the rise. There were scenes where the index dropped.

The Jasdaq market trading value was estimated to be 72.6 billion yen on an approximate basis and sales volume was 218.73 million shares. Aeria, Onkyo, Muraki rose. On the other hand, Traders and Okamoto Glass, Bee Map fell.

The TSE Mothers index fell. The closing price was 5.77 points (0.51%) cheaper than the previous day at 1177.62. It was rising in the morning, but selling to stocks in the high price zone came out and turned down. Angels is dramatically lower. Infoteri, which gained popularity in the virtual currency, turned down in the afternoon. Selling of popular brands such as remixes and rhinestones also stand out. On the other hand, Seouldo and Ignis listed on the previous day rose, but it felt sluggish in the afternoon.

13日の東京株式市場、日経平均株価は、小幅反発し、前日比1円43銭(0.01%)高の2万0099円81銭で終えた。12日の米株高を背景にアジア株全般が買われ、投資家心理を支えた。情報・通信や電気機器などのハイテク関連株を中心に買われた。一方、為替が1ドル=113円前後に下落し、自動車や海運が売られた。

イエレン米連邦準備理事会(FRB)議長は12日の議会証言で「今後数年にわたって緩やかな利上げが適切」と延べ、市場の金融引き締めへの警戒感が和らいだ。

12日に米ハイテク株が上昇した流れを引き継ぎ、東エレクやソニー、ソフトバンクといったIT(情報技術)関連株が買われた。働き方改革の進捗期待からリクルートが買われ、サービス業の上昇も目立った。

一方、米長期金利の下落を背景に利ざや改善期待が後退した金融関連株には売りが広がった。第一生命HDやT&Dといった保険株や、みずほFGや三菱UFJなどの銀行株が下落した。

JPX日経インデックス400は小幅に続落した。終値は前日比4.23ポイント(0.03%)安の1万4417.78だった。東証株価指数(TOPIX)も小幅続落し、0.23ポイント(0.01%)安の1619.11で終えた。

東証1部の売買代金は概算で1兆9815億円と、連日で2兆円を割り込んだ。売買高は17億3957万株だった。東証1部の値上がり銘柄数は882、値下がりは994、変わらずは145銘柄だった。

住友鉱が上昇した。シンガポールの再開発事業に参画すると発表した菱地所も買われた。証券会社が目標株価を引き上げたロームやANAHDが高く、富士通やスズキ、NTTも上げた。一方、半導体事業の売却を巡る混乱で東芝が大幅に売られた。マツダや京セラ、丸紅も下落した。

東証2部株価指数は4営業日ぶりに反落した。フマキラとペッパーが下げ、DACHDと朝日インテクが上げた。

13日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅に続伸した。終値は前日比2円39銭(0.07%)高い3296円92銭で、1991年6月14日以来26年1カ月ぶりの高値を更新した。値動きの軽い小型株を中心に、短期的な値幅取りを狙った買いが集まった。半面、上昇に一服感のある銘柄は利益確定売りが出た。指数が下げる場面もあった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で726億円、売買高は2億1873万株だった。アエリアやオンキヨー、ムラキが上昇した。半面、トレイダーズや岡本硝子、ビーマップは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は続落した。終値は前日比5.98ポイント(0.51%)安い1177.62だった。午前中は上昇していたが、高値圏にある銘柄に対する売りが出て下げに転じた。アンジェスが大幅安。仮想通貨で人気を集めたインフォテリも午後に下げに転じた。リミックスやサイステップなど人気化した銘柄の売りも目立った。一方で前日上場のソウルドやイグニスは上昇したが、午後に伸び悩んだ。
