Jasdaq Stocks for the first time in 26 years

On Monday, the Nikkei Stock Average rose 22 yen 37 sen(0.11 percent) from the previous weekend, to 20055 80. According to a survey conducted by the Bank of Japan in June, the business sentiment index for large companies and manufacturing industries rose for three consecutive quarters. The improvement in corporate business conditions helped to support investor sentiment.

Japan's long-term easing of monetary easing is strong, and the yen fell to a level of mid- 112 yen. As a result of the expectation of improving export profits, Toyota Motor Corp. and other automobile stocks have been purchased. It was also a bright news that the National Pension Fund (GPIF), which manages the public pension system, selected the stock index for ESG investment on the third day.

The Nikkei average tends to rise on the first business day every month, with a 13 month rise from July to March 2016. 週明け３日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は小幅に反発し、前週末比22円37銭（0.11％）高の２万0055円80銭で終えた。日銀がまとめた６月の全国企業短期経済観測調査（短観）で大企業・製造業の業況判断指数が３四半期連続で上向いた。企業の景況改善が投資家心理の支えとなった。

日本の金融緩和の長期化観測が根強く、円相場は１ドル＝112円台半ばの水準に下落。輸出採算の改善期待からトヨタなど自動車株などに買いが集まった。公的年金を運用する年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人（ＧＰＩＦ）が３日、環境重視の企業などを対象とするＥＳＧ投資のための株価指数を選び、資産運用を始めたと発表したのも明るい材料となった。

日経平均は毎月第１営業日に上昇する傾向があり、2016年７月から３日まで13カ月連続の上昇を記録した。ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小幅に反発し、終値は22.90ポイント（0.16％）高の１万4376.53。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も反発し、2.51ポイント（0.16％）高の1614.41だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆509億円。売買高は16億109万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1117と、全体の55％を占めた。値下がりは767、変わらずは138銘柄だった。

香港の繊維製品大手に出資すると発表した東レが上昇。三菱ケミＨＤと旭化成は年初来高値を更新した。ＪＲ西日本とＪＲ東日本も高かった。一方、2017年３～５月期の連結営業利益が減少したアダストリアは大幅に下落した。東芝は10日続落した。塩野義と第一三共も安く、任天堂も下落した。

東証２部株価指数は反発し、過去最高値を更新した。マルコと堀田丸正が上げ、シャープと朝日インテクは下げた。

３日の新興企業向け株式市場で日経ジャスダック平均株価は反発した。終値は前週末比22円80銭（0.70％）高い3274円47銭で、４営業日ぶりに年初来高値を更新した。1991年６月17日以来約26年ぶりの高値となる。投資テーマから人気化していた銘柄が引き続き活発に取引された。値動きの軽いゲーム関連銘柄やバイオ関連株の一角が物色された。ＲＩＺＡＰの傘下銘柄の上げも大きかった。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で963億円、売買高は１億7732万株だった。日本一ソフトやアエリア、マクドナルドが商いを伴って買われ年初来高値を更新した。一方、前週に年初来高値を付けていたトレイダーズやアズジェントは売られた。

東証マザーズ指数は小幅に反発した。終値は前週末比0.45ポイント（0.04％）高い1182.19だった。ＡＳＪとサイステップは制限値幅の上限（ストップ高水準）まで上昇した。米国の新薬開発で補助金を受けたと発表したサンバイオの上げも目立った。半面、ＰＳＳは年初来高値を朝方に付けた後に下落した。リミックス、ゲームウィズの下げが大きかった。
