27日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は反落した。終値は前週末比276円94銭（1.44％）安の１万8985円59銭だった。心理的節目である１万9000円を下回ったのは２月９日以来、およそ１カ月半ぶり。トランプ米政権による政策運営の不透明感が高まり、投資家心理が悪化した。外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝110円台前半まで円高・ドル安が進み、企業の輸出採算が目減りするとの警戒感も重荷となった。主力の大型株はほぼ全面安の展開だった。
前週末24日、米下院においてトランプ米大統領が看板政策として掲げてきた医療保険制度改革法（オバマケア）の代替法案の採決が見送られた。他の重要政策への影響を懸念する雰囲気が強まり、海外投資家などが日本株にも運用リスクを回避する目的の売りを出した。国内では、学校法人「森友学園」への国有地売却をめぐる問題の長期化による、政局の混迷が手控え要因となった。
前場中ごろに下げ幅を300円超に拡大した後は、安い水準での一進一退が続いた。１万9000円を下回ったことで値ごろ感も浮上し、散発的な押し目買いが入った。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は３日ぶりに反落し、178.20ポイント（1.29％）安の１万3628.67で終えた。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も３日ぶりに反落した。終値は19.53ポイント（1.26％）安の1524.39だった。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆311億円、売買高は17億6293万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は全体の８割を超える1671、値上がりは252、変わらずは87だった。
傘下の米原子力子会社、ウエスチングハウス（ＷＨ）が28日にも米連邦破産法11条の適用を申請する方針を決めたと伝わった東芝が朝高後下げた。ファストリやソフトバンク、ファナックが売られ、３銘柄で日経平均を70円弱押し下げた。円高進行を受けてトヨタや富士重、マツダなど自動車株も安かった。
半面、新型ゲーム機「ニンテンドースイッチ」人気による業績の上振れ期待が根強い任天堂が上昇した。ダイキンやスクリン、東エレクがしっかり。デジタルカメラなど不採算の６事業を対象に一段のリストラに踏み切ると伝わったパナソニックも小幅に上げた。
東証２部株価指数は反落した。Ｊトラスト、ＡＤプラズマ、ＭＣＪが下げ、インタートレ、朝日インテク、ＤＡＣＨＤが上昇した。
27日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は３営業日ぶりに小幅反落した。終値は前週末比５円92銭（0.19％）安い3035円06銭だった。前週末の米国株安や円高・ドル安で日経平均株価が１カ月半ぶりに１万9000円割れとなり、投資家心理の悪化が新興市場にも波及した。ジャスダック平均と東証マザーズ指数はともに午後下げ幅を拡大した。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で401億円、売買高は6652万株だった。アエリアやブロッコリー、ユニバーサルが下落した。半面、平田機工やセルシード、ＦＣＨＤは上昇した。
東証マザーズ指数は３営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前週末比19.98ポイント（1.90％）安い1030.69となり、きょうの安値で終えた。２月20日以来、約１カ月ぶりの安値水準。ソレイジアやアスカネット、力の源ＨＤが下落した。一方でビーグリーやエボラブルＡ、うるるは上昇した。
