On the 15th Tokyo stock market the Nikkei average was down. The closing price was 32.12 yen (0.16%) lower than the previous day at 19,577.78 yen. Before the results of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) in the early morning of the 16th Japan time will be announced, the purchase was refrained. The mood of the pattern of investors persisted, trading value of the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange sank down to the second lowest level this year.

The trading value of the TSE 1 department was estimated at 1,677.1 billion yen on an approximate basis, the lowest level for the first time in about three weeks since February 21. The trading volume was 1,650.2 million shares, the number of stocks in the first section of the TSE was 1461, the price rise was 420, 123 was unchanged.

Toshiba, which the Tokyo Stock Exchange designated as a supervised issue that is likely to be delisted on 15th, plummeted. Kyushu Denki and Mitsubishi Kemi HD which decided to issue euro-yen bonds with stock acquisition rights (convertible bonds = CB) on 14th are cheap. On the other hand, besides the main Toyota, Mitsubishi UFJ and Mega Bank of Mitsui Sumitomo FG were bought. Truha HD which announced the settlement of accounts for June 2016 - February 2005 on the previous day is high. Maritime shares such as Yusen and Kawasaki Rubber also rose.

The TSE 2 stock index fell back for the first time in five business days. Sharp, Merchant, Kanoshima down, J trust, rare element rose.

On the 15th stock market for startups, the average stock price of Nikkei JASDAQ collapsed. The closing price was 29. 71 yen (0.98%) cheaper than the previous day was 3012.71 yen. Sohi and Didier, GNI fell. Cloud W, Eltez, Mobakufu rose.

15日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は続落した。終値は前日比32円12銭（0.16％）安の１万9577円38銭だった。日本時間16日未明の米連邦公開市場委員会（ＦＯＭＣ）の結果発表などを控え、買いが手控えられた。投資家の模様眺めムードが根強く、東証１部の売買代金は今年２番目の低水準に沈んだ。

前日の原油安や米株安も投資家心理の重荷となり、リスクを回避する動きが先行した。もっとも、売りの勢いは一方的に強まらず、日経平均の値幅（高値と安値の差）は80円弱にとどまった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は小幅に続落し、前日比16.18ポイント（0.11％）安の１万4080.15で終えた。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も小幅に続落した。終値は3.59ポイント（0.23％）安の1571.31だった。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で１兆6771億円と、２月21日以来およそ３週間ぶりの低水準だった。売買高は16億5020万株、東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1461、値上がりは420、変わらずは123だった。

東京証券取引所が15日付で上場廃止の恐れがある監理銘柄に指定した東芝は急落した。14日にユーロ円建ての新株予約権付社債（転換社債＝ＣＢ）の発行を決めた九州電や三菱ケミＨＤが安い。半面、主力のトヨタのほか、三菱ＵＦＪや三井住友ＦＧのメガバンクが買われた。前日に2016年６月～17年２月期の決算を発表したツルハＨＤが高い。郵船や川崎汽など海運株も上昇した。

東証２部株価指数は５営業日ぶりに反落した。シャープ、マーチャント、神島化が下げ、Ｊトラスト、稀元素が上昇した。

15日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は反落した。終値は前日比29円71銭（0.98％）安い3012円71銭だった。米連邦公開市場委員会（ＦＯＭＣ）を前に持ち高調整の換金売りが出やすかったうえ、午後に急落する銘柄が目立ったことで、地合いの悪化を警戒した売りが広がった。半面、押し目買いの動きも根強く、下値は比較的限られた。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で654億円、売買高は9280万株だった。ユニバーサルやフォーバルＲ、アスコットが下落した。半面、アエリアやウェッジＨＤ、シンデンハイは上昇した。

東証マザーズ指数は続落した。終値は前日比36.38ポイント（3.39％）安い1035.79だった。時価総額の大きな銘柄を中心に持ち高調整の売りがかさみ、下げ幅は米大統領選があった2016年11月９日以来の大きさだった。そーせいやディディエ、ジーエヌアイが下落した。クラウドＷやエルテス、モバファクが上昇した。
