On the 28th Tokyo stock market, the Nikkei average took a rebound for the first time in five business days and ended at 11,118.99 yen, rising 11.52 (0.06%) from the previous day. The Dow Jones industrial average 30 US dollar average has updated to a record high for 12 consecutive days, and investor psychology has improved on the day before the yen fell to the yen depreciation and dollar high in the foreign exchange market. JX and Komatsu rose. The rise of Yamato and Mitsubishi Heavy was also conspicuous. Concorde and Toray were bought, Asahi Kasei and Isuzu were high. On the other hand, Toshiba and Takeda fell. Asahi and Ryoshijo were sold, NTT and Softbank were cheap.

The Jasdaq market trading value was estimated to be 50.2 billion yen on an approximate basis, and the sales volume was 92.08 million shares. Nomura Micro and Nuts, the vector rose. On the other hand, Aeria, USEN, Segue G fell.
The TSE Mothers index continued to rise for seven days. The closing price was 1059.31, 0.03 points higher than the previous day. Renova and GNU, U & C rose. On the other hand, Cystep and so on, JMC fell.

28日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は５営業日ぶりに小反発し、前日比11円52銭（0.06％）高の１万9118円99銭で終えた。外国為替市場で円安・ドル高に振れたうえ、前日に米ダウ工業株30種平均が12日連続で過去最高値を更新し、投資家心理が改善した。午前中は上げ幅を160円強まで広げたが、大引けにかけて伸び悩んだ。トランプ米大統領の議会演説を日本時間３月１日午前11時に控え、買いを手控える動きが強まった。
日経平均への寄与度が高いソフトバンクはきょうの安値圏で引けた。
ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４営業日ぶりに反発した。終値は前日比6.77ポイント（0.05％）高の１万3748.21だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４営業日ぶりに反発し、1.32ポイント（0.09％）高の1535.32で終えた。
東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆4611億円。売買高は19億8400万株だった。東証１部の値上がり銘柄数は1203と、全体の60.0％を占めた。値下がりは639、変わらずは160銘柄だった。
ＪＸとコマツが上昇した。大和や三菱重の上げも目立った。コンコルディや東レが買われ、旭化成やいすゞが高かった。一方、東芝や武田が下落した。アサヒや菱地所が売られ、ＮＴＴやソフトバンクが安かった。
東証２部株価指数は反発し、昨年来高値を更新した。シャープとエイチワンが上げ、朝日インテクとフライトＨＤが下げた。
28日の新興企業向け株式市場で日経ジャスダック平均株価は13日続伸した。終値は前日比２円06銭（0.07％）高い2989円33銭だった。1991年７月以来の高値で13日続伸は2014年５月22日～６月９日以来、約２年９カ月ぶりとなる。個人などの投資余力の高まりを背景に、値動きが鈍い大型株から中小型株への資金移動が活発になっている。ジャスダック平均は取引時間中には2999円62銭まで上昇し、節目の3000円に迫った。
ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で502億円、売買高は9208万株だった。野村マイクロやＮｕｔｓ、ベクターが上昇した。半面、アエリアやＵＳＥＮ、セグエＧは下落した。
東証マザーズ指数は７日続伸した。終値は前日比0.03ポイント高の1059.31だった。レノバやジーエヌアイ、Ｕ＆Ｃが上昇した。一方でサイステップやそーせい、ＪＭＣは下落した。
