14日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は３営業日ぶりに反落し、前日比220円17銭（1.13％）安の１万9238円98銭で終えた。イエレン米連邦準備理事会（ＦＲＢ）議長の議会証言などを控え模様眺めムードが強い中、東芝の2016年４～12月期連結決算発表の遅れが投資家心理を冷やした。昨年来高値（１万9594円）に接近し利益確定の売りが出やすい地合いも重荷となった。

東芝が12時に発表予定だった2016年４～12月期の決算発表について、報告書提出の１カ月延期を申請したと発表し、投資家心理の悪化に伴う先物への売りが膨らみ、大引けにかけ下げ幅を広げた。米メディアがロシアへの制裁を巡る密約疑惑によるフリン米大統領補佐官（国家安全保障担当）の辞任を伝えたことも売りにつながった。日経平均の下げ幅は200円を上回った。東芝は前日比20円（８％）安の229円80銭と大幅に反落した。売買高は３億株を上回った。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は反落した。終値は前日比151.69ポイント（1.09％）安の１万3794.36だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）は反落し、15.08ポイント（0.97％）安の1539.12で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆4041億円。売買高は21億466万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1191と、全体の約６割を占めた。値上がりは676、変わらずは134銘柄だった。

塩野義と大塚ＨＤは大幅に下落した。ダイキンと三菱重も安く、コンコルディとＮＴＴも下げた。一方、ブリヂストンと住友鉱は上昇した。中部電と東ガスは上昇し、東エレクとＪＡＬも高く終えた。

東証２部株価指数は５営業日ぶりに反落した。シャープとマーキュリアが下げ、フライトＨＤとＪトラストは上げた。

14日の新興企業向け株式市場で、日経ジャスダック平均株価は小幅に３日続伸した。終値は前日比２円57銭（0.09％）高い2905円98銭となり、連日で昨年来高値を更新した。好業績の銘柄を中心とした個別物色が続いている。午後は東証１部で東芝が決算発表を延期したことによる投資家心理の悪化が波及し、日経ジャスダック平均株価も前引け時点から上げ幅を縮小した。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で603億円、売買高は１億6410万株だった。ＵＳＥＮやアエリア、平田機工が上昇した。半面、タツモやアズジェント、日本モゲジＳは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。午後に上げ幅を拡大し、終値は前日比11.31ポイント（1.12％）高い1020.40だった。マイネットやアスカネット、そーせいが上昇した。一方でエルテスやＦＦＲＩ、イグニスは下落した。
