日経平均株価は、米政策への警戒で１万9000円割れ４日ぶり反落
ジャスダックとマザーズはともに続伸

23日の東京株式市場で日経平均株価は４営業日ぶりに反落した。終値は前週末比246円88銭（1.29％）安の１万8891円03銭だった。20日のトランプ米大統領の就任演説は経済政策の具体性に乏しかったうえ、ホワイトハウスのホームページで掲げた通商政策は保護主義的な主張が目立った。世界景気への悪影響を警戒したリスク回避目的の売りが優勢だった。大引けにかけて外国為替市場で円相場が１ドル＝113円台前半まで上昇すると歩調を合わせて株売りに拍車がかかり、きょうの安値圏で終えた。１万9000円を下回るのは終値ベースで３営業日ぶり。

「米国第一主義」を掲げたトランプ大統領の就任演説自体は想定された内容との見方が多い。

後場中ごろは日銀による上場投資信託（ＥＴＦ）買いの思惑が強まり、急速に下げ幅を縮小する場面もあった。

ＪＰＸ日経インデックス400は４営業日ぶり反落。終値は前週末比179.79ポイント（1.31％）安の１万3567.32だった。東証株価指数（ＴＯＰＩＸ）も４営業日ぶりに反落し、18.83ポイント（1.23％）安の1514.63で終えた。

東証１部の売買代金は概算で２兆2005億円。売買高は17億7770万株だった。東証１部の値下がり銘柄数は1554と全体の77.5％を占めた。値上がりは375、変わらずは74銘柄だった。

24日から日経平均株価の構成銘柄に採用される大塚ＨＤが大幅安となった。トヨタやソフトバンクが売られ、ＳＯＭＰＯやＭＳ＆ＡＤなどの保険株が安い。ファストリや菱地所も下落した。和歌山工場で火災が起きた東燃ゼネも売られた。一方、経営再建に向けた支援候補が相次いで伝わった東芝が大幅高。キーエンスや旭化成、塩野義の上げも目立った。

東証２部株価指数は３日続伸した。シャープとＡＤプラズマが上げ、安川情報とフライトＨＤが下げた。

23日の新興企業向け株式市場で日経ジャスダック平均株価は４日続伸した。終値は前週末比15円02銭（0.54％）高の2806円36銭だった。東京外国為替市場で円高・ドル安が進み東証１部銘柄への買いが手控えられるなか、新興企業市場は好業績や材料が出た銘柄を中心に買いが入った。

ジャスダック市場の売買代金は概算で502億円、売買高は１億4144万株だった。ｓａｎｔｅｃや平田機工、ユークスが上昇した。半面、日本ライトンやニューフレア、マクドナルドは下落した。

東証マザーズ指数は続伸した。終値は前週末比2.04ポイント（0.21％）高い972.35だった。リネットＪやサイステップ、マイネットは上昇した。そーせいやミクシィ、Ｇｕｎｏｓｙは下落した。
